I had the best customer service from Bella when checking in for my appointment but didn’t start off well as she told me my appointment was scheduled for a week later. I told her I had it scheduled for a good month and had not changed it. I had called their customer service dept. to ask for them to add the two services offered while getting the mammogram. I had a hard time understanding him but he said it would cost me 90.00 which I knew. He also added that instead of coming at 4:00 come at 3:45. I told him that was fin... read more
Staff was very professional and empathic. They encouraged me to come back at a later time to reduce my wait time. As it worked out I waited a little over an hour . It would have been nice to have been able to see where my spot was in wait list.
I had the very best experience! Everyone there was so lovely and friendly! Brittany was wonderful Tatiana amazing, everyone was so nice! Although it was busy we got in and out of there very quickly. They made the whole procedures so seamless. I actually had four separate procedures done and I was out of there in 1 hour. I truly enjoyed everyone I'm at there. Thank you for your amazing service. You guys are the best!
I had two appointments for the same day first at 11:40 am and the second at 1:30 pm, because of lunch breaks, however the technician noticed that and did both my tests at the same time so I wouldn’t have to wait around for an hour. I think that is above and beyond! The technician was thorough in explaining everything she was doing and about to do. Great experience
I recently visited SimonMed Imaging, and while the experience started off a bit rocky, it turned out to be a really positive one. The issue came from the call center, which schedules the appointments—they didn’t inform me of everything I needed to bring, which caused a delay. That part was frustrating, but definitely not the fault of the staff at the location. The front desk team and the office manager were absolutely amazing.
