When I arrived Simon Imaging in Pinellas Park the first thing I saw was a renovation on the parking lot had been started and there was nowhere to park. Fortunately I have a mini truck and was able to drive over a dirt Mound to find a spot. I then entered the facility and the place was packed! I found a seat near the front door which at one time was the check in station. The chair was comfy and it had a small desk which was handy for filling ou all the paperwork. I am from Maryland visiting Florida, and needed to find a T3 MRI machine for a MRI ordered from neurologist at Johns Hopkins. I was thrilled that I could have done quickly at SimonMed which was also close by. Just days before my appoint I was advised it had to be rescheduled as the machine broke, luckily I got a convenient new appnt. Yet I had to go thru the entire new patient process again by calling the number found on their website. The African-American, who checked me in was not friendly at all. If you’re gonna have someone at the front desk, checking people in they should at least acknowledge you with a smile. I never saw her smile once.My first test the asian performed had no people skills whatsoever. She was not friendly. She didn’t ask me to take my blouse off while she put the jelly on the item used to check my kidneys, and got stuff all over me. I am Very happy with Simon-Med. It’s always a smooth appointment when I go there. I’ve been going for eight years. The front desk staff is very good. And the technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend Simon-Med for all of your imaging needs!
Wow the staff are super friendly, we have been here three times in the past 2 months. The first time they were over an hour behind. The second time they were two hours behind and we had to reschedule. This time they have been over two and a half hours behind and we do not have the ability to reschedule. You would think a business would learn that if they are constantly hours behind on schedule, to readjust their scheduling structure
