Well, that was the best thing that’s happened to me in three weeks. I fell and injured myself and have been through lots of medical x-rays, MRIs, etc. since. But this has been the best “in and out and back in my car in 15 minutes “experience with great service at the front desk from Brittany And great x-ray technician service from Chris! smooth as silk procedures. Thank you, Brittany, thank you, Chris, excellent service.
Making the appointment was easy and quick. The office staff were very welcoming. The nurse that did my ultrasound was wonderful and explained everything she was doing during ultrasound. Checkout was simple. I loved my experience at SimonMed Imaging!
I was there this time for a CT scan with contrast. Everything was very efficient and I had to drink liquid that they gave me and wait 40 minutes and then take the test. The person administering the CT was more than professional and very, very sweet. they got me in and out as fast as possible.
I had a positive experience here. There was a wait time, but the check in process was efficient and once my US was complete I was good to go. My tech Nina was very nice as well.
The staff are kind and prepared me carefully though the third person left the scene while still being needed. The tech asked where this person was... the second person replied he had left, then chucked. Considering how exposed the patient is it seemed a disparaging comment on my situation. I was left by myself, on my back, weighed down (with a weight) on a hard table for an MRI. Told not to move, it would take 15 minutes. I waited.
