Wow the staff are super friendly, we have been here three times in the past 2 months. The first time they were over an hour behind. The second time they were two hours behind and we had to reschedule. This time they have been over two and a half hours behind and we do not have the ability to reschedule. You would think a business would learn that if they are constantly hours behind on schedule, to readjust their scheduling structure
Simen Med on Park blvd was awesome today as usual! & thankfully so! Hiedi, Tatiana, Christen, Channing, Sierra & Stephanie were all pretty great today I must say (11/28/25) I told them I like to catch people doing something right instead of just complaining all the time!!! I am pleased & actually look forward to having appointments there whether it’s for the mammo or mri.. whichever, they are always pleasant & willing & able to help! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positivity and warmth — they treat you like family, not just another patient. You can tell they truly care about what they do and the people they help. It’s rare to find a place where the vibe is this uplifting and authentic. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier service and genuine people!
The organization and reception is spot on with a professional service you can trust. My CT scan was quick yet Chris made me feel comfortable and not hurried. He answered all my questions in detail. I was not aware of the methods and procedures with CT scans. Even though they are busy, use a little patience and you will see, it is a efficient and caring service.
My tech was very thorough and professional. Front office staff were kind and efficient. I was taken back quickly which was a pleasant surprise. The one suggestion I have is that they had initially cancelled my appointment because they didn’t confirm they had received authorization (they had it). My doctors office reached them and got the appointment scheduled. This also happened with my daughter. They just need to verify authorization prior to contacting the patient regarding cancellation.
