RecommendedThe young lady at the front desk was kind enough to check the fact that I had a co-pay due which she found out was not due, she could have just said you owe. This professional attitude continued throughout my visit. This will be my go to for scans from now on ❤️

David, who did my mri, was terrific! Knowledgeable, respectful and caring! But you need more help to keep our appointment on time 1.30 hour is too dang long to wait !!! Get more personnel or don’t overbook!! It unacceptable to your patients!! Otherwise, you have a good service, need more or larger seating area!!! Not everyone could seat comfortable with that long wait period! We all had appointments!!!! Let’s get it together better!!!😎😎

The Nurse who conducted the test was very professional,knowledgeable and very pleasant I would recommend Simon Med Imaging to anyone,however the receptionist was terrible she was loud very unpleasant,very unprofessional she’s bad for business.

The team at the South Park Bradenton location were amazing. Lori, Carol, David and Yancy did a great job with my services. Worked as a team to complete my late afternoon exams and were so kind about their late work day. Not often surprised so pleasantly and driving from Arcadia but would drive there again just for this team.
