Had to wait 2.5 hours to get an Xrayin the AM!!! Then had to wait 45 more minutes for a pre-scheduled Mammogram no speakers w/ music it’s was an awful wait! Ladies in check in were 4 star!! Technician for XRay was 5 star plus!! Technician for Mammogram was wonderful, nice, gentle. 5 star plus!! Technician for ultra sound needs some empathy and concern for the patient!! 3 star

I had an MRI and the staff was great! The tech was helpful and concern about my comfort and was willing to help me. The front end staff was courteous and accommodating. When we asked how long it would be to get results the staff said it would be longer than we expected but was willing to give us a disc to give to our dr to help move the process along. Great experience! Went once for X-ray, the tech was not so good
