Great Technicians, but checking in prior to the appointment time online should streamline the process when you arrive at the facility. There should be a separate sign in for those who have done online check in, instead of standing in line for 15 minutes for those who have not. Also, office staff shouldn’t ask for all your cards and paperwork if it was submitted online. It appears that they don’t check for it online before asking you for it.

Brand new building! Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful! Went in for a mammogram, in and out less than 20 minutes. So much nicer to go here than a hospital setting.

Friendly employees and no waiting.
New facility in Queen Creek on Rittenhouse is outstanding. MRI tech was quick, pleasant, and efficient. Joshua at the check-in desk was professional, helpful, and very good at his job. First time in a long time that I've seen a young man take pride in his work as he does an excellent job of patient customer service.
