My appointment was quick and easy. The staff were polite and friendly. I was taken back to the MRI earlier than my appointment time and completed the painless process within 10 minutes. Great ewxperience.

The staff, front office and communication was great. The MRI machine I went into was the smallest I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in quite a few. It was difficult and 3/4 of the way through I almost bailed out. The location was convenient, the staff was terrific, But it would be difficult for me to go back to that machine again. If I need to I will definitely check to see if an upgrade has been installed first thanks

It was raining today which is unusual for our ca area. So it took me a little longer. I was approximately 7 minutes late. So because ifnlatemmessni was made to wait while 7-8 people went ahead of me. One of those persons was also late for his appointment I will never subject myself to this office staff again. I was obviously in pain from my back and the chairs provided are the worst things ever for people getting MRIs for back pain. I arrived about an hour early and am very happy you were able to take me in sooner. The technician was helpful and pleasant. Overall it was a positive experience.

My recent visit to SimonMed was seamless. Links were sent the day before so I could fill out my paperwork ahead of time. Once I checked in I waited maybe 5 minutes for the tech to take me back. The facility is clean and new. My tech was friendly and had me in and out of there in 5 minutes. I highly recommend this facility.
