It was raining today which is unusual for our ca area. So it took me a little longer. I was approximately 7 minutes late. So because ifnlatemmessni was made to wait while 7-8 people went ahead of me. One of those persons was also late for his appointment I will never subject myself to this office staff again. I was obviously in pain from my back and the chairs provided are the worst things ever for people getting MRIs for back pain. My recent visit to SimonMed was seamless. Links were sent the day before so I could fill out my paperwork ahead of time. Once I checked in I waited maybe 5 minutes for the tech to take me back. The facility is clean and new. My tech was friendly and had me in and out of there in 5 minutes. I highly recommend this facility.
The person doing the scan was very nice and personal. However, the person at the front desk was not friendly at all. She gave no eye contact and I stood in front of her while she was checking me in with no other conversation or instructions. I finely sat down and waited to be called in.
The visit was smooth and simple The receptionist was proficient, but not very friendly. Never smiled. Never said thank you Certainly didn’t make me feel valued or special. No one ever said my name, either coming or going A very nice and clean facility that looks quite proficient. But the staff could certainly use some personality and friendliness
Beautiful facility, not very well organized. I verbally filled in all the paperwork over the phone, and when I showed up I had to do it all again manually. I also had to wait for 45 minutes for my appointment to commence. The MRI went very well, but could’ve been helped by prompt from the staff indicating almost done or ready for our next one etc. really enjoyed the detective helped me by the name of Devon. He made the process very enjoyable
