Had a great experience from start to finish. Scheduling with Anna was smooth, submitting information online was simple, and I appreciated the reminder calls before my appointment. Samantha and Josh, the technicians, did an excellent job explaining what to expect and made the MRI process calm and comfortable. I noticed some reviews mentioning the noise—yes, MRIs are loud, but that’s part of the test itself. The provided earplugs help, and I’m not sure how much more could be done to reduce it. The visit was smooth and simple The receptionist was proficient, but not very friendly. Never smiled. Never said thank you Certainly didn’t make me feel valued or special. No one ever said my name, either coming or going A very nice and clean facility that looks quite proficient. But the staff could certainly use some personality and friendliness
I went in for three MRI's, (my neck, middle, and lower spine). The "tech" operating the MRI machine clearly wasn't real familiar with it or the protocols that are required with an MRI. I had to do my cervical spine MRI twice (with a 10 minute gap in the middle where she never even explained why I was still Lying inside the tube of the MRI machine). I only learned upon pressing her for information that she was a stand-in for the tech that wasn't there that day, and it was a "difficult protocol" which was most likely code for ... read more
The actual CT scan was Was very good. The technician was very friendly in and out in a short amount of time.. The office is very clean personnel very friendly. However, the website leaves a lot to be desired. I need directions and an address and a phone number and they were not readily available.
This place is run so poorly. I have never seen anything like it. While I was getting my exam, my drivers license and a credit card was stolen out of my purse. I made several attempt to try and get to someone in corporate or management and nobody ever got back to me I was constantly funneled through the Appt system and several people there Who were absolutely useless in taking care of my problem at all.
