The front office was friendly and efficient both on the phone and in person. They get 5 stars. The radiology tech seemed very laissez-faire about my comfort and safety. I had no hand buzzer to contact her during the first MRI. And my right arm was squashed as I went into the tube. Also each of my arms was touching the sides of the machine. It got very warm. She gets a 3/5 stars.
The Imaging tech was very good and super fast. I highly recommend anyone needing a mammogram or MRI to use Simon Med. They always get me scheduled within a few days both in Redwood City and San Mateo. Great Job!
I got the Ultrasound examination on San Mateo SimonMed suite. The front desk service staff was very friendly and high efficient to complete my check-in procedure. The lady technician also kept on time (8:30AM) to provide me the US examination . She was very patient, professional and high efficient to complete the examination in 15 minutes. It’s really a very nice experience.
1. If you want me to arrive at 12:15 tell me that. Don’t say my appointment is at 12:30 and expect me to know I must arrive 15 minutes early. 2. I was directed to go to Suite 201, when my appointment was actually at Suite 105. I waited in the (unattended) lobby for 30 minutes. Then when I was contacted, I was too late for my appointment. Everyone was okay from the front desk to the staff performing the mammogram.... however, this was the most painful mammogram I have ever had. I kept feeling I wasn't standing in the right angle or positioned in the way I always was in all my past painless ones. I kept mentioning it didn't feel like I was positioned correctly but she insisted she new what she was doing. She even made a comment that they didn't come out that good but it would be fine.
