Martina, your MRI tech (who took care of me on 10/24, was absolutely terrific that afternoon. Despite being short-handed that day (she was the only tech in the department, when there should have been a second tech), Martina treated me like a valued customer the entire time. I get MRI’s every 3 months at Stanford Medicine for my cancer and Martina is the best tech I have ever encountered. I want Simon Med.to recognize Martina for my exceptional experience getting my MRI.

The imaging center experience was terrific. The initial scheduling was not great. Spent a very long time providing a lot of info over the phone which all was on the order sheet from the doctor’s office. Would have been much more efficient to be able to just send the order.

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had in the medical field. Making an appointment was a hassle. I finally was able to scheduled it. I received about six calls after I scheduled letting me know I needed to schedule one. I filled out all the paperwork on line so I didn’t have to when I went for the appointment. They ask a million questions. When I got to my appointment the receptionist told me the paperwork wasn’t in the system. I had to re-do it. I give 2 stars because of the ridiculous waiting time we endured. Out appointment was at 12:30pm, the procedure didn't get done until 1:30pm. We were told the operator went to lunch at 12pm and will see us right after lunch. We saw him walking in after his lunch, but did not call us in for the procedure. He leisurely walked around the office while we were waiting for him. This is NOT acceptable. We made appointment because we have things we need to do instead of waiting in the waiting room. Very inappropriate comments from one ultrasound tech gave me a very bad impression. I kept getting asked why I wouldn’t have a mammogram. That was not what I was there for but the worse was when they told me even though I had drive all the way there that they would not do the ultrasound because I didn’t have a copy of my mri. I said I was never told to bring that. She was not very polite and never apologized and said I had to have an mri.
