Office intake girl pleasant - Staff need to be more helpful directing or taking client to the procedure rooms . Tech I had explained nothing and continued to have me wipe of the gel applied and at end seemed impatient when Doppler was not finding the locations prior to leaving me waiting for half hour and locked doors to try and find her . Been here a few times and every time the ladies here are great. Especially (don't hate me if I'm wrong) Rhonda who helps you get comfortable and positioned to go into the quiet, spacious tube. But also Dina at the front desk and Rhonda's partner who does her hair real nice with the braids. All wonderful people. Due to having billing issue with other business in the past (and avoid them since then), when my doctor referred me to have mammogram screening at SimonMed Imaging, I carefully asked them to verify with my insurance about my full coverage before giving me an appointment. They said they did and would not bill me. One day before the appointment, I called and requested the confirmation again. This office is wonderful. I was concerned about Simon Med in general (and to be fair their scheduling system / phone workers are not super helpful). But the folks who run and work in this office are helpful, professional and kind to boot. Shout out to Dina at the front desk as well as the nurse and imaging tech who worked with me. Made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the MRI process.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and bright and easy to get around in. The only problem I had was with the parking. I tried calling the office and could not get a receptionist to answer my questions about parking. The place was easy to get to. The parking was confusing and costly. I got a ticket for parking in the wrong lot and not being able to pay anyone. Then when I got to the office, there was an hour delay.
