My appt for a Dexa Scan was 2:15. I wasn't seen until 315. I was told that there was only one tech and the tech was traveling from So SF to San Mateo which caused the delay. Only 1 tech and not even in the office! There were 2 persons ahead of me and left due to the wait time. The tech finally arrived and was very frustrated for being so stretched. He was nice, though, as was the receptionist even though she was the only one behind the desk and dealing with multiple issues. She, too, expressed frustration. I won't be back... read more

1. If you want me to arrive at 12:15 tell me that. Don’t say my appointment is at 12:30 and expect me to know I must arrive 15 minutes early. 2. I was directed to go to Suite 201, when my appointment was actually at Suite 105. I waited in the (unattended) lobby for 30 minutes. Then when I was contacted, I was too late for my appointment. Never go here. SO obvious this is a male owned for profit business. I had to walk out of 2 appointments, after hours bc they left me waiting for the radiologist to review images. How many radiologists do they have per center. honestly horrible, told me found something, that they would tell me before I left, and I had to leave within 2 hours and have heard nothing. cutting costs shows. they prob have 1 radiologist reviewing hundreds of images. My experience was fine. However, the waiting room was disrupted by an angry patient that was called-back to repeat films. She waited for 2-hrs without being seen and was outraged, yelling at the check-in staff and refusing to wait any longer & refusing to pay. It was un-nerving.

The imaging center experience was terrific. The initial scheduling was not great. Spent a very long time providing a lot of info over the phone which all was on the order sheet from the doctor’s office. Would have been much more efficient to be able to just send the order.
