This place was horrible!! I have an appointment at 10:30 am. I got there on time to check in and they looked at me crazy like I shouldn’t belong there. I said I have a 10:30 appointment and they said nnnnoooo your appt is at 11:45am I said nnnoooo I asked for 10:30am and I have two txt messages saying 10:30am and I showed them the txt. They said I’m wrong. I filled out the paperwork and another lady walked in 40 mins after me and filled out her paperwork and was called before me. My husband had to get an MRI and I was a little concerned because the phone experience wasn’t amazing BUT the In office experience was SUPERB. Alicia was the front staff member and she was stellar. Professional. Friendly. Kind. Engaging. Can’t express enough how wonderful she is. Mark was the tech and my husband mentioned he was professional and thorough as well.
This place was the best MRI center I've ever been to. The front desk lady was very polite and friendly. Now, that's what I call customer service. She had a real big smile on her face the minute I came in, and seconds right before I left. Usually other places like Grove Diagnostic in Upland, you have to take off your clothes and put that sheet on and just freeze your ass off the next 15 mins. But not at this place, I got to keep my warm jumpsuit on. And that technician was very nice as well. Thanks guys
Location was convenient, staff was courteous & professional, facilities clean and MRI was done quickly and efficiently. I liked that only my knee went into the MRI tube, so it wasn’t as claustrophobic. Also, I was able to keep all my clothes on, which was a nice surprise and different than when I got an MRI with another company for the same knee 6 months ago. Scheduling online was a breeze. I went online at 11:45am and was able to get a same day appointment at 12:15pm. Positive experience all around.
My experience was great. You're very kind patient and very friendly. Mark really help by staying in the room with me. And Andreas she is really kind and very patient as well I love the stuff there.
