This place was horrible!! I have an appointment at 10:30 am. I got there on time to check in and they looked at me crazy like I shouldn’t belong there. I said I have a 10:30 appointment and they said nnnnoooo your appt is at 11:45am I said nnnoooo I asked for 10:30am and I have two txt messages saying 10:30am and I showed them the txt. They said I’m wrong. I filled out the paperwork and another lady walked in 40 mins after me and filled out her paperwork and was called before me. Oh my God they were the best. I love Mark the staff. The women out front were amazing. The facility was so clean. The technician was amazing. It was smooth MRI with their staff. Highly recommended to anybody. Thank you so much for taking care of my neck Christine Williams
This place was the best MRI center I've ever been to. The front desk lady was very polite and friendly. Now, that's what I call customer service. She had a real big smile on her face the minute I came in, and seconds right before I left. Usually other places like Grove Diagnostic in Upland, you have to take off your clothes and put that sheet on and just freeze your ass off the next 15 mins. But not at this place, I got to keep my warm jumpsuit on. And that technician was very nice as well. Thanks guys
Such a great experience here! I came here for an MRI. The office was clean and inviting. Alicia in the front greeted me with a warm smile and was super friendly. My wait was a normal one, maybe 10 mins at most. The MRI tech Mark was also very friendly and patient. He explained each step to me which is greatly appreciated! The test was quick and I didn’t wait more than 3 minutes and Alicia had my CD ready. I was in and out within an hour! Thank you! It’s apparent how efficient this business is!
Location was convenient, staff was courteous & professional, facilities clean and MRI was done quickly and efficiently. I liked that only my knee went into the MRI tube, so it wasn’t as claustrophobic. Also, I was able to keep all my clothes on, which was a nice surprise and different than when I got an MRI with another company for the same knee 6 months ago. Scheduling online was a breeze. I went online at 11:45am and was able to get a same day appointment at 12:15pm. Positive experience all around.
