HORRIBLE TELEPHONE SYSTEM!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DONT GO HERE. GO SOMEWHERE BETTER. They have no direct office number for any of their locations. The number you see on Google maps just transfers you directly to the national scheduling system. I already had approval from both my insurance and the ortho dr for a Stat MRI from the day before and they kept calling and texting me to reschedule because they didn't get insurance approval. They cancelled my 12pm appt, which prevented me from seeing my ortho dr the same day. They w... read more
Update: I've lowered the review to one star from two. The owner replied: "please send an email to speak with a member of our management team". I did that. It's been a day and a half and no response. Also, I reached out to Simon Med on the phone because I was given no information on how the radiologist report will be given to me. A day and a half ago, the agent overseas said he would email it to me and fax it to my doctor. I have yet to receive it. This is consistent with other reviews. Santa Ana location - I arrived at the office about 15 minutes before my appointment time. After checking in, I waited an additional 33 minutes to be summoned for my appointment. After waiting, I asked the check-in clerk how much longer before my appointment. The appointment clerk checked the computer then walked to the exam room. She returned about 30 seconds later with the MRI technician and pointed to my paperwork sitting in a rack. Almost immediately my name was called for my MRI. Great experience! Arrived early and they got me in early. MRI was quick and definitely not as confining as other machines. So easy! Highly recommend this location
The entire staff is very customer oriented and helpful . The front office staff is very polite and had all the documents ready . It took us just a few minutes to complete everything . Ms Andrea is exceptional ! She has a very positive and empathetic attitude which is very helpful given that there is a constant inflow of patients of all age groups .
