I shouldn’t even be giving it a 1 star. I was a walk in appointment and came in at 10:20 AM and still haven’t been seen. It’s now 12:45 pm and I’ve waited for over 2 hrs and missed my doctors appointment because of it. Many people have gone ahead of me. Very unprofessional and no apologies of someone’s time or understanding. Completely unacceptable.

Andrea was absolutely wonderful! She was empathetic, genuine smile, super caring and hopeful. She was training someone which can be stressful but she made the whole experience feel like I was her priority. I was nervous before going but because of her I walked out smiling. Muchas gracias Andrea. The world needs more people like you.

The check-in folks were nice enough, but I was disappointed all the on-line forms I completed prior to the appointment weren't received by this facility location, so I had to re-do everything after my arrival. MRI technologists Mark and Andrea were great - gentle & kind. This location could use a deep cleaning of the floors, but the equipment was VERY clean.

The place was very clean and smelled like it too. The staff was very helpful when checking in, all the way until I was done with my MRI. I was a bit nervous when doing the process but one of the male physicians made me feel at ease by his nice demeanor. Over all I’d give it a solid 8/10.

The technician who did my MRI was wonderful. She helped me with all my concerns. I was comfortable and I had no problems. Can’t thank her enough. Only concern was the telephone system this office uses. Many problems trying to communicate. Would not give five stars.
