I visited this facility twice in two consecutive days. First for MRI and the second for Calcium Score test. 1. Equipments - are aged equipments and didn’t give me confidence about the quality of the tests 2. Reception Desk - The older lady at the reception has an attitude problem.People who walk in the doors are not there for fun or medically knowledgeable. To be clear … the technician, Bardia is FANTASTIC! He was on time, helpful, polite and quickly got my MRI done - I would give him 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The office is another story — and they are lucky to get one star. It all started with the receptionist/ clerk Cynthia L, not showing up on time and being almost 90 minutes late for work!! That resulted in a number of people having to leave because they couldn’t wait… and me being late for my next appt. Front staff didn’t great and I had to stand for 20 minutes while they looked at their computers. I’m 87 so that was hard. I was first in line and the o my one. I thought they could have said have a seat and youll be next. Then they let an old lady barge past me and she went to one of them and instead of saying there’s a line they helped her Technician was really good
Clean and nice place very friendly if I have a second chance to visit, I will they’re very loyal with their patient. I like this place and I’m recommended anyone can read my message I encourage you, to go visit yourself so you know what I’m talking about very professional service. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. The waiting room was cozy. The process was very expedited. I waited several minutes and was called in to the x ray room. The doctor was very polite. The exam was done in 5 minutes. That was very efficient. Thanks.
