The onsite staff were pleasant and helpful. The facility was functional. Managing the appointment was a bit frustrating. The online web portal is not easy to navigate and does not work well. Rescheduling an existing appointment online becomes a rabbit hole that culminates into “conversation ended” with no results. This resulted in me being listed as a repeat no show. This imaging provider has the worst, most unreliable front-end I have ever experienced. If your front line has no clue what they’re doing, it’s a fair assumption your back-end is being run in the same manner. RED FLAGS -No personal contact. My initial contact was an automated call from SimonMed: “Please stay on the line to schedule …” but then it hangs-up and I had to hit re-dial (many scams use this ruse, so I was wary). -There is NO WAY to contact a human at ANY of their local offices. Unfortunately the clean waiting room and friendly office staff were overshadowed by the x-ray technician. Refused to allow me in with my minor aged daughter and offered zero explanation of what views they took in relation to what was ordered by the doctor. And 2-3 business days for the results of an X-ray is ridiculous when the place was completely empty. Luckily our insurance allows the use of multiple imaging centers. I'm sure others are happy there though.
MRI technician was excellent. The pre procedure paperwork should show that drinking water is important for the MRI with contrast to find my veins.
Great experience. Check in was fast. Image tech was super knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to answer all questions and informed me they could burn images for surgeon. Definitely going back need be.
