Very efficient front office staff, even though their system lost my online forms and I had to fill out paperwork all over again. MRI tech was very kind, efficient, and ready to go. No delays. Will come here again if need be.

Arrived to my appt about 30 mins early. Everyone I had encountered was amazing. Sunny disposition to the end of the day. A joy to speak with and very helpful to my questions. I did make sure to have all my insurance and incident documentation which sped up the process. "Wow, you have all the paperwork ready. We don't see that all the time." I was greeted with care. I was treated as a valued client. I was given details of procedure every step of the way. I was kindly appreciated when I was leaving the. SimonMed facility I highly recommend they're services for all your X-Ray, MRI needs to include insurance claims.

I think this was the best service I ever had. Not only they’re quick yet very professional and welcoming. They obviously like what they do. Very friendly you feel it from the front desk all the way. May I add clean , it’s a clean office.

I showed up 25 minutes early and still had to wait 35 minutes. Another woman called, showed up frantic and got taken in right away. She should have waited not me. I was also quoted one amount and was being charged a different amount (cash out of pocket). Lastly it was my first MRI procedure but wasnt given any instructions, I had to ask before being hurried along like an assembly line.
