The receptionist was professional and nice. She had to leave her area and open the locked door as the mechanism was not working. The waiting area felt fresh and clean. The technician was professional and courteous. I was on time to complete paperwork before my appt. However, with one MRI machine and tech, it seems this facility always runs late. I was concerned it would be later than 1/2 hr and was pleased that it was not.
Kind people. Easy process. No pushback on anything. For instance, the doctor accidentally asked for the MRI to be with contrast. My husband can’t have contrast due to kidney injury. All he had to do was deny the contrast and they didn’t use it. At other places when a doctor makes that mistake and orders the test with contrast (it’s common) they refused to do the test without it. When we walked in I was impressed with the lobby area how clean it was. The staff was very friendly. No hassle with waiting in lobby area. Staff informed me that they would get to me as soon as the technician was done with a patient. I would definitely choose this place in the near future.
The onsite staff were pleasant and helpful. The facility was functional. Managing the appointment was a bit frustrating. The online web portal is not easy to navigate and does not work well. Rescheduling an existing appointment online becomes a rabbit hole that culminates into “conversation ended” with no results. This resulted in me being listed as a repeat no show. I would get a call from SimonMed to reschedule only to learn when I would call back to confirm, my appointment would be canceled. I ended up having to just walk... read more
My appointment was in the early morning, so I did not have to wait more than a few minutes after I filled out my paper work. The front desk staff was kind and the MRI tech was wonderful! The best imaging experience I’ve had! :)
