Arrived to my appt about 30 mins early. Everyone I had encountered was amazing. Sunny disposition to the end of the day. A joy to speak with and very helpful to my questions. I did make sure to have all my insurance and incident documentation which sped up the process. "Wow, you have all the paperwork ready. We don't see that all the time." I was greeted with care. I was treated as a valued client. I was given details of procedure every step of the way. I was kindly appreciated when I was leaving the. SimonMed facility I highly recommend they're services for all your X-Ray, MRI needs to include insurance claims.
They location was beautiful and very easy to get to. Check in was flawless and the representative at the desk was very good at their job. Wait time was under 5 minutes and the MRI experience was done, very professional and very quickly. The medical representative doing my MRI was very kind and catered to my needs and letting me know that if I needed to stop or had any questions that it was at no time a inconvenience to him to do so and for me that was priceless as I suffer from anxiety and was unsure how I was going to get t... read more
I think this was the best service I ever had. Not only they’re quick yet very professional and welcoming. They obviously like what they do. Very friendly you feel it from the front desk all the way. May I add clean , it’s a clean office.
All staff was courteous, efficient and helpful. Very patient with me (I move very slowly). I appreciate all of you for your professionalism.
