They location was beautiful and very easy to get to. Check in was flawless and the representative at the desk was very good at their job. Wait time was under 5 minutes and the MRI experience was done, very professional and very quickly. The medical representative doing my MRI was very kind and catered to my needs and letting me know that if I needed to stop or had any questions that it was at no time a inconvenience to him to do so and for me that was priceless as I suffer from anxiety and was unsure how I was going to get t... read more
Technition was polite. Informed me of everything along the way. Scheduling was difficult. The person either had a hearing problem, or attention problem or the language barrier was a bit difficult for her. I had to keep repeating myself numerous times. It took far longer than it needed to be. I was scheduled for 10am, then kept getting notification that it was changed to 10:45am. The girl at the front desk was amazing. She was sweet and efficient. She checked my insurance to make sure everything was covered. She went above and Beyond because an older won came in lost. She looked up the address of where she was going g and gave her directions. I give her a 5 star for customer service.
I absolutely love this place. Brandon at the Front desk was very nice with superb customer service. I didn't have a long wait and I was a walk in. My tech that did my X-ray was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and he also had great customer service. If you're big like myself on respect, customer service and knowledgeable professional people. This is the place to go. This is my #1 go to location. Brandon you and the Team Rock!!! Thank you!
Experience was welcoming and professional. From the accommodating receptionist professional who's demeanor was warm and friendly to the wonderful technician who did everything to make me comfortable before and during the exam. Wonderful as an imaging experience could be. Thank you all.
