Had an amazing experience from the front to the back . CT Tech Vincent was very professional!!
Had a lung CT scan done in August 2023. They charged me close to $100 copay even though it was covered 100% through my insurance company. Immediately called my insurance company when I got home. They did a 3 way call with SimonMed billing and told me I would receive a refund for my payment in 30 days back on to my card. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY!!! They need to get their act together

Unable to reach the 14302 N.Bruce B Downs location by phone for several days. Calls are forwarded to an off site center. They also could not reach the location . They gave me 5 numbers three were disconnected. The remaining two called the off site center again.

My technician was rude,abrupt, argumentative, disrespectful and I could go on and on. The appointment was made over the phone as I needed a soft tissue image and the date did not match her records. She treated me like a criminal that had stolen the ID. It was a very difficult experience on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give her a negative number if possible. The facility was clean,the wait was appropriate but she was incredibly unprofessional.

From setting up appointment to going in. Upset because i had 2 different test completed and found out set up for one, even though I ask and told the gentleman who setup appointment about both test. He confirmed, however when I went to office and only to find out that he setup one procedure. I’m upset because the did try to accommodate my inconvenience.
