RecommendedKeep Sky-Called me twice to keep me abreast of her schedule. That save me a lot of time
The MRI images were of the toe area of my foot. I had previously showed them the area of pain in the middle outside area of my foot. As a result, the MRI was of no help at all per my foot doctor. What a waste of time and money. I will try to get the charges credited, but I have Medicare insurance and don’t know how to proceed. I’ll ask my doctor. Also, it would have been nice if the technician would have checked in at least once during the 20 minute plus session. I will not return to this company in the future.

RecommendedThe staff need to charge appropriate co-pay for type of insurance & procedure being completed! I would be charged about $68 higher if I had not got my insurance rep involved! Please be AWARE!!!! The staff at Thompson Peak facility were very nice & professional! Although Corey could use at least a part-time Technologist to assist him & keep on schedule!!! Patients stand up for yourselves & Do not permit these companies to overcharge you on copay!!!!
SimonMed train your employees! SimonMed is a 1 tier provider for Blue Cross yet they’re charging 2 tier pricing for service up front causing patients with Blue Cross to pay full price for imaging. Scammers! Once you’ve paid full price which is what they require, you have to wait for processing through Blue Cross who will remind them they are a 1 tier provider and they must reimbursement the patient. Better customer service. Have a person that a client could talk to if a problem occurs! I spent almost 2 hours trying to contact a specific site and could not talk to anybody! I requested to talk to a supervisor and no one ever contacted me or called me back it was horrible!
Very Late with the appointment. The employees were all very courteous and helpful.
