Truly excellent MRI technicians and on site experience. Very top notch in that area. HOWEVER, I feel like the appt management and back office parts are rather sub par. eg the appt person asked for way too much info - the process took nearly 20min. It’s hard to get detailed info about procedures in advance. Calls are routed to a central office who have zero expertise. Very friendly but borderline useless. The staff especially the receptionist needs to learn to be kind & polite.Her attitude is very rude and discriminating. Also the pricing mentioned on the call and jn person are different. Be careful. They do not inform about receiving the Doctor’s order prior to the appointment. The center is clean.
I would not return to this specific location. Here are my observations and experience: Facility Notes: 1. The receptionist desk is literally in a closet in a hall with industrial HVAC noises. Not humane at all for the poor lady. 2. I am grateful for the equipment at SimonMed, but my experience with the team was disappointing due to unclear communication about patient expectations for the Clearly heart scan. I had to drive two hours each way on three separate occasions before I was finally able to complete the test. My doctor called at three, and I spent a total of 2.5 hours on the phone trying to schedule these appointments, speaking with at least seven different people.
