The only thing that sometimes is bad is the the poor customer service at front, my appointment was at 9:30am and I show up at 9:15am ,if I don’t stand up to check at 10:05 what was going on that nobody calls me I will be sitting the whole day,nobody communicates that they was backup and that they take priority first, that’s what Felicia one of the customer service at front told me, and she start trying to argue but I didn’t listen to her and spoke with Carolina and she said she understand my point and in 2 minutes the techni... read more

We went to the Altamonte Imaging yesterday. My appt was at 7:30 and my wife was at 8:45. They ended up taking my wife early and we were both in and out by 8:00. My results were ready well before my annual physical yesterday at 10:50. The center was clean and quiet. The staff were knowledgeable and kind. The tech was professional and patient. No one looks forward (well we don’t) to having your breasts smashed between plates-and then an agonizing wait for results, but they made it ok.
