The staff was kind and helpful. The MRI procedure was quick and comfortable. It was done efficiently and professionally by the technician. I enjoyed my experience at Simon med in Watsonville.

First of all the phone app. Is absolutely annoying! It is not set up for repeat customers! It is not necessary. The rest of visit was great and for that reason only give it two stars! Get rid of the repetitive same question!!!!

This is an amazing location to get an MRI. The employees were an fantastic and it felt like “family” there. The technician took the time to educate me (I was a little nervous) and I was 100% relaxed afterwards. The technician is someone who has definitely devoted her life to her craft and it shows! Hopefully I’ll never need another image but if I do I’m definitely going to Watsonville/Freedom SimonMed Imaging.

Watsonville team was impressively efficient. I came here for MRI (3 studies) for my workers comp, and they did it all in 1 hour. Front staff was knowledgeable, and courteous. Techs were moving like a well-oiled machine! DVD of my studies were given to me prior to departure. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I was able to set up my account, schedule and get a self pay price quote all over the phone. The facility was great, the staff were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. It was a great experience.
