This is an amazing location to get an MRI. The employees were an fantastic and it felt like “family” there. The technician took the time to educate me (I was a little nervous) and I was 100% relaxed afterwards. The technician is someone who has definitely devoted her life to her craft and it shows! Hopefully I’ll never need another image but if I do I’m definitely going to Watsonville/Freedom SimonMed Imaging.

I was able to set up my account, schedule and get a self pay price quote all over the phone. The facility was great, the staff were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. It was a great experience.

Watsonville team was impressively efficient. I came here for MRI (3 studies) for my workers comp, and they did it all in 1 hour. Front staff was knowledgeable, and courteous. Techs were moving like a well-oiled machine! DVD of my studies were given to me prior to departure. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I had my appointment with Simon medical and the gentleman at the front desk is very respectful and his multitasking while helping you and everyone else is amazing. I had a wonderful experience with all the staff including the young lady who helped me on to the exam table.

Receptionist was very polite and because they were running a little behind was courteous to keep us all in the loop. The technician was extremely helpful, due too my disabilities in making sure I was safe and comfortable. All in all, a very good experience
