Simon med imaging got me in within a week. They were very thorough as I arrived. I didn’t have to wait very long. I got my MRI done right away. I felt like I was treated like royalty. The tech was awesome. The front desk man was awesome. Thank you.
I had an appointment on Monday and I waited over 1 hour and decided to reschedule my appointment after waiting. The receptionist searched for an appointment time that I would be seen timely. I was given an appointment for Friday at 10am, when I arrived I was again told that I would have to wait 1 hour because they were running behind. I should have been called to let me know. I waited over 1 hour
Having previously felt very anxious about my procedure, I was incredibly happy with the level of quality, service and cleanliness at the Watsonville location. It went wonderfully and the staff really listened to my concerns and put me at ease.
The Watsonville location was such a great experience! Carlos up in the front desk was a big help through out my process in getting my insurance and getting me in as soon as possible when my appointment kept getting push back several times. I’m super appreciative of him and the whole staff there.
Carlos at the reception desk is great. My appointment got pushed out several times. Originally scheduled for 1:30 PM ended up being moved to 4:30 PM which didn’t actually begin until 5:30. Otherwise the experience was good. The technician Osiris and her assistant were very nice and kind.
