Receptionist was very polite and because they were running a little behind was courteous to keep us all in the loop. The technician was extremely helpful, due too my disabilities in making sure I was safe and comfortable. All in all, a very good experience
Simon med imaging got me in within a week. They were very thorough as I arrived. I didn’t have to wait very long. I got my MRI done right away. I felt like I was treated like royalty. The tech was awesome. The front desk man was awesome. Thank you.
This business was very polite, thorough and even accommodating by letting me know before hand that my arrival will be met with lots of construction right in front of location and to be aware it could be confusing, but take my time to get there promptly. The receptionist was quite helpful and radiologist was very kind at the Watsonville location. Thank you SimonMed for a pleasant experience. I recommend this particular location!

The front desk, individuals were welcoming. The technician that actually did the MRI was very kind and engaging and professional she made me feel relaxed. The process was quick and easy.
