Everyone was very friendly and professional. They made my mother feel safe and heard. There was a little bit of a wait, But the staff was helpful and provided an accurate estimate time service would be started. Register registering was very easy online. Plenty of parking in the back and easy to access the building.
The waiting room was great, because there wasn’t many people there. However, I specifically asked about Billing and was told that the counter that my insurance would cover it and what I paid would go toward my deductible. A few hours later, I got a call from the same person that took my payment saying that her manager told her that they cannot run it through Insurance because the Doctor Who referred the scan was not covered by my insurance. She had to refund what I paid and charge me again for a cash payment over the phone. ... read more
If you fill out the forms beforehand on your phone or computer, you do not need to be there 30 minutes early. They don’t tell you this so I went in at the requested time for them to tell me I didn’t need to be that early AND they are at least 30 minutes behind schedule. I feel this all could have been communicated with a phone call or text message update. My appt was at 4pm, arrived at 330 as requested, didn’t leave until 540. Very nice facility, not long wait times and not crowded. Polite staff. Front desk receptionist very aware if someone needs assistance and will jump up to help. I saw her immediately assist a handicap elderly man who dropped his belongings trying to walk with a cane. Her quick and kind observation impressed me. Well done.
I arrived about an hour early and am very happy you were able to take me in sooner. The technician was helpful and pleasant. Overall it was a positive experience.
