Very nice facility, not long wait times and not crowded. Polite staff. Front desk receptionist very aware if someone needs assistance and will jump up to help. I saw her immediately assist a handicap elderly man who dropped his belongings trying to walk with a cane. Her quick and kind observation impressed me. Well done.

It was a great experience. I got there a little early and was taken in right away. Everybody, from the receptionist to the technician, was super friendly as well as professional. I can highly recommend SimonMed Imaging in San Clemente.

If you fill out the forms beforehand on your phone or computer, you do not need to be there 30 minutes early. They don’t tell you this so I went in at the requested time for them to tell me I didn’t need to be that early AND they are at least 30 minutes behind schedule. I feel this all could have been communicated with a phone call or text message update. My appt was at 4pm, arrived at 330 as requested, didn’t leave until 540. Fine scanning experience, all staff friendly, efficient, detail oriented, and on schedule. Scan went well, helpful, knowlegable technician. Answered my questions. Clean, well organized, expect to use this site in the future. Medicare patient; however this scan was out of pocket as a preventative measure, for my own peace of mind.

Staff we great and efficient but I had Avery long wait. Would like to have known to come an hour and a half later. Clean, easy access spot.
