The front desk assistant and the manager were very friendly and helpful, and I appreciate their professionalism. However, my experience with the technician was disappointing. The technician, who she had short hair trimmed on the sides and a messy bun, was not very welcoming. I arrived only about 2 minutes late, but she immediately told me in a rude tone, “You’re late, by the way.” I understand that being on time is important, but the way it was communicated felt unnecessary and disrespectful. First time visit went really well. Workers compensation related injury. The MRI took about 12 minutes. Got a CD for the images. The entrance is a little tucked in, Google view doesn't do this place justice. She made me laugh when I was being pulled out of the MRI machine and she asked if I was okay. Then she noticed that I was crying and asked me, "Are you crying?" Made me chuckle.

The receptionist that helped my son checked in for his appointment went above and beyond in her communication with our insurance the morning of my son's appointment. I have never experienced anyone willing to fight with insurance on behalf of myself or my children. This receptionist did, however, in order to make sure I wouldn't have to pay an outrageous copay and then wait for reimbursement from our secondary insurance. The staff at your Freedom Ca facility were helpful, friendly and efficient. On the other hand, your dept that handles setting up appointments leaves a lot to be desired. On three I would choose a time offered to me and then receive a text with a time I hadn't chosen. On one occasion I was given two appointments in one day. They insisted that I needed authorization from my insurance which is Medicare (not an advantage plan) and does not require authorization at which point they canceled my appointment and had to start the pr... read more

Monique ?? name??front desk gal is so charming, friendly and professional., A pleasure to interact with, you’re lucky to have her. MRI tech I can’t remember her name but she was wonderful. Very communicative while doing the MRI. Very friendly and professional. They’re a wonderful staff.
