First time visit went really well. Workers compensation related injury. The MRI took about 12 minutes. Got a CD for the images. The entrance is a little tucked in, Google view doesn't do this place justice. She made me laugh when I was being pulled out of the MRI machine and she asked if I was okay. Then she noticed that I was crying and asked me, "Are you crying?" Made me chuckle.

The staff at your Freedom Ca facility were helpful, friendly and efficient. On the other hand, your dept that handles setting up appointments leaves a lot to be desired. On three I would choose a time offered to me and then receive a text with a time I hadn't chosen. On one occasion I was given two appointments in one day. They insisted that I needed authorization from my insurance which is Medicare (not an advantage plan) and does not require authorization at which point they canceled my appointment and had to start the pr... read more

The staff was very caring and supportive - from start to finish. They were helpful with the forms and made sure to understand why I was there to ensure they could get the best imaging results possible. The facility was spacious, bright and clean.

The facility was very clean and organized. The staff was very kind and informative. However, I think they need to be cautious of HEPA rules and regulations. They can be talking very loudly with patient’s names and what their care and doctors names are. I used to work in a medical office, so I’m aware of the rules and regulations. But overall, my experience was very very good.

I loved my experience with Simon med Imaging I am claustrophobic and the person who did my MRI was patient explained into detail that made me feel. I’m OK. The gentleman who received me was amazing as well. Thank you for being there for me.
