Follow up left a lot to be desired. Date of MRI is wrong on the paperwork, but person couldn’t find that I’d had an appt AND we were given California’s time for the telemed consult. The confirmation only said 8:30a NOT Pacific time or Az time and there’s an hour difference this time of year.
I signed up for the Simon one body plus MRI. After it was completed I got a call from Simon med saying the MRI was incomplete and I need to reschedule. The voicemail. Message did not include a number to call back at. I called The number the message was left from and received a quick Voice prompt, which disconnected me(5x) I then had to call the main 800 number, who knew nothing about it and was on hold for a period of time before they could locate. I had a “fully body” scan done in December of 2024. First, you should know it’s not actually a full body scan, it’s just your abdomen, so when they say full body it’s not quite accurate. If you want other body areas you have to pay more. My MRI technicians were kind and I was comfortable during the procedure. But the doctor who did my post-scan consult to go over my results was very rude and disrespectful to me. Be careful. I did the Simonone plus. These guys are totally confused. When you order the imaging you don’t pay for service. Then they have a third party send you a bill. You pay the bill and do the 3 days of prep work. Then the night before they email you to tell you that they canceled your upcoming appointment because you did not pre pay. But you did, and you did the 3 days of prep. Now you need to spend an hour on the phone again at 6am the day of to discuss and reschedule. Not cool.
I had an appointment at 2pm, but was advised to be there 15 min earlier, so I did. I had all forms completed prior.However, I had to wait 40 min to get in. The technician was not the nicest, she barely talked, and didn't even apologize for the delay. They did not perform an MRI with contrast, what I thought I was paying for. Overall disappointed!
