I couldn’t get past scheduling. I wanted a SimonOne preventative healthcare scan. I realize it is not covered by insurance and I have no problem paying for the service. However, my family scheduled a get together on the date of my appointment, so I called in advance to reschedule. I believe the call center operator said her name was Tanya. I had a “fully body” scan done in December of 2024. First, you should know it’s not actually a full body scan, it’s just your abdomen, so when they say full body it’s not quite accurate. If you want other body areas you have to pay more. My MRI technicians were kind and I was comfortable during the procedure. But the doctor who did my post-scan consult to go over my results was very rude and disrespectful to me. Staff at front desk were professional & friendly; facility itself was clean; the only issue I had for my MRI - and I told them this - was that the lockers to store your clothes & personal items were woefully tiny compared to other medical facilities I’ve been at. One locker with a key actually locked, but pulling on it lightly opened it completely. No bueno! Other than that small complaint, everything else was great!
The location was a little hard to find as it is fairly new and there was no signage from the road. Just head into the building and look for the name on the door. Was greeted efficiently and the tech was super nice for my MRI. Was in and out much faster than anticipated.
The scan was exactly as described the people were very nice. Unfortunately I arrived a half an hour early as scheduled and was sitting there for 1 hour and 25 minutes which was almost an hour past my appointment time. There needs to be a way to let people know that they are running behind so you don't have to sit down there for an extra hour and a half.
