I couldn’t get past scheduling. I wanted a SimonOne preventative healthcare scan. I realize it is not covered by insurance and I have no problem paying for the service. However, my family scheduled a get together on the date of my appointment, so I called in advance to reschedule. I believe the call center operator said her name was Tanya. My husband and I both gifted this full body scan to each other for our birthdays. We could think of no better gift than the gift of peace-of-mind. Not much in life is more important than your health. Scan was easy, safe, and painless.
First rate from explaining procedure options, scheduling, prep for the scan, the scan itself, through the report. Responded quickly to several questions I had leading up to the procedure. Facility was very nice. Great communication by email confirming appointment and the followup report. The physician who explained my results explained the results fully in a way that I could easily understand.
Excellent experience. Efficient online scheduling, payment and appointment communication. Staff at location in Altamonte Springs FL were friendly, efficient and informative and the MRI room/area was clean. Results were accessible in portal within 24 hours. The price for the brain/chest/abdomen and pelvis is unbeatable. I self paid for imaging I would’ve never been able to get my insurance to pay for. In one hour I got 3 years of questions answered.
The staff was very professional. Gary was my tech and he explained everything so i was prepared for what was going to happen. He was very kind, since I am claustrophobic. The actual MRI went very smoothly. For some reason the billing department did not attach my payment to my invoice. It took two calls to correct this before I went for my appointment, but overall it was a good experience.
