I couldn’t get past scheduling. I wanted a SimonOne preventative healthcare scan. I realize it is not covered by insurance and I have no problem paying for the service. However, my family scheduled a get together on the date of my appointment, so I called in advance to reschedule. I believe the call center operator said her name was Tanya. My MRI experience at the Prescott, AZ location was poor. The tech never introduced herself. She spoke in a monotone and sounded like she was bored, hated her job, and was reading directions from a script. My comfort on the table was never questioned. A pillow for my neck would have prevented the sore, stiff neck that resulted from the 40 minute procedure. It was not offered. She never described what to expect or what the experience would be like. The scan was exactly as described the people were very nice. Unfortunately I arrived a half an hour early as scheduled and was sitting there for 1 hour and 25 minutes which was almost an hour past my appointment time. There needs to be a way to let people know that they are running behind so you don't have to sit down there for an extra hour and a half.

First rate from explaining procedure options, scheduling, prep for the scan, the scan itself, through the report. Responded quickly to several questions I had leading up to the procedure. Facility was very nice. Great communication by email confirming appointment and the followup report. The physician who explained my results explained the results fully in a way that I could easily understand.

Staff at front desk were professional & friendly; facility itself was clean; the only issue I had for my MRI - and I told them this - was that the lockers to store your clothes & personal items were woefully tiny compared to other medical facilities I’ve been at. One locker with a key actually locked, but pulling on it lightly opened it completely. No bueno! Other than that small complaint, everything else was great!
