First rate from explaining procedure options, scheduling, prep for the scan, the scan itself, through the report. Responded quickly to several questions I had leading up to the procedure. Facility was very nice. Great communication by email confirming appointment and the followup report. The physician who explained my results explained the results fully in a way that I could easily understand.
The staff was very professional. Gary was my tech and he explained everything so i was prepared for what was going to happen. He was very kind, since I am claustrophobic. The actual MRI went very smoothly. For some reason the billing department did not attach my payment to my invoice. It took two calls to correct this before I went for my appointment, but overall it was a good experience.
Excellent experience. Efficient online scheduling, payment and appointment communication. Staff at location in Altamonte Springs FL were friendly, efficient and informative and the MRI room/area was clean. Results were accessible in portal within 24 hours. The price for the brain/chest/abdomen and pelvis is unbeatable. I self paid for imaging I would’ve never been able to get my insurance to pay for. In one hour I got 3 years of questions answered.
After some scheduling hiccups I arrived at my appointment at the Camelback location in Scottsdale. Very nice facility. Everything ran smoothly. The tech was very kind and coached me through the 40min session for a prevention MRI. Very grateful that this service is an option.
Overall positive experience. I will come here again the next time I need an MRI scan. One star taken off because the documentation I have to sign was quite different from reality. These are legal documents, so they should be correct.
