I write to seek assistance from BBB. My swimming pool was completed in May 2024 by this contractor. Approximately 4 months later, in Sep 2024, my Hayward pool heater began leaking. I immediately notified the contractor. 2 months later, Hayward warranty dept sent another subcontractor to inspect the issue. The technician determined that the copper heater exchanger was badly corroded and broken, causing the leak.
