About Simple And Fit I opened Simple and Fit in 2019 after many years of enjoying various physical activities. I truly believe in an active, healthy lifestyle in the most basic form. Men and women alike should strive to maintain a level of stability, flexibility, and strength, regardless of age. My vision for this club is to give members the tools, through knowledge and guidance, to live an active, healthy life in, and especially outside of, the gym setting.

Simple & Fit Gym has all the bases covered for a versatile gym experience! Open gym workout, classes, personal training are all available. Equipment is up-to-date and well maintained. I highly recommend & have enjoyed personal training with Joanna who is very willing to share her experience and knowledge. Simple & Fit Gym is a true gem; our community is fortunate to have such a facility available.
I love coming to Simple & Fit!! I love the people I workout with and the classes I have taken. It has been wonderful!! Love the fact it is close to my home and in my community. If ever I am struggling with a workout Joanna is alway there with help in what I need to do to correct my issue. It is just a great place to meet and workout!! I would recommend this gym to anyone!! You would love it!!!
This place is great! Truly a gym for everyone! And the owner, Joanna, couldn’t be nicer. The $5 classes are such a great deal and a lot of fun!

Great place to work out at. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The cliental are friendly and easy to get along with. This is the best gym that I have ever worked out at. Love going here.
