Wonderful gym, conveniently located close to home. I can access the gym any time 24/7 so that's incredibly awesome. It's a very clean and well setup gym, never overly packed and has plenty of machines, and every accessory you can imagine to workout however you wish. The owner is very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. It's extremely affordable and I highly recommend joining.
I love this little Gym. It may not have a hunch of fancy machines. But it has plenty of variety for a good workout. The staff is great. And the other gym members are so welcoming.
Absolutely perfect gym!! I was given a lengthy introduction to the equipment and a warm up routine. Joanna is very detailed with work out instructions. The gym itself is very clean and cozy. I'm gonna lose weight no doubt😊
I have been very delinquent in going to work out. I received a mass email from the owner that helped me get over my embarrassment at being gone so long. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, the place is clean and has a variety of machines and equipment to help with the workout. I highly recommend.
This is a great small gym. The people are friendly and very helpful. As with any gym you have to show up to succeed..
