About Simple And Fit I opened Simple and Fit in 2019 after many years of enjoying various physical activities. I truly believe in an active, healthy lifestyle in the most basic form. Men and women alike should strive to maintain a level of stability, flexibility, and strength, regardless of age. My vision for this club is to give members the tools, through knowledge and guidance, to live an active, healthy life in, and especially outside of, the gym setting.

I love coming to Simple & Fit!! I love the people I workout with and the classes I have taken. It has been wonderful!! Love the fact it is close to my home and in my community. If ever I am struggling with a workout Joanna is alway there with help in what I need to do to correct my issue. It is just a great place to meet and workout!! I would recommend this gym to anyone!! You would love it!!!
Of all the gyms that I have been to this is by far the best. Laid back atmosphere with a great staff who is always willing to help out and give advice. Very clean establishment. Would recommend checking this establishment out if your looking for a place to work out.
I love going to yoga class on saturday. Everyone just makes you feel so welcome. I like going to the gym as well. You just go in and do your thing. And if you have question there are people there to ask.
I have been going to Simple and Fit since the early days of their opening. They have a strong culture and a friendly staff that promote fitness and wellbeing, regardless of your age of current capabilities. If you have the motivation to get back in shape, hang out with a great group of people and want to change your life for the better, check this place out.
Simple & Fit is by far the BEST GYM I have ever attended. It is extremely clean, cool, & well maintained, with up to date,high tech equipment. The staff is well educated, helpful, & very friendly. The clients are courteous, & behave appropriately for the facilities. The cost is much more reasonable than any where else in the area.... equipped with SILVERSNEAKERS PRIVILEDGES. COME & TRY IT YOU WON'T BE SORRY.
