Absolutely perfect gym!! I was given a lengthy introduction to the equipment and a warm up routine. Joanna is very detailed with work out instructions. The gym itself is very clean and cozy. I'm gonna lose weight no doubt😊
I have been very delinquent in going to work out. I received a mass email from the owner that helped me get over my embarrassment at being gone so long. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, the place is clean and has a variety of machines and equipment to help with the workout. I highly recommend.
Love everything about Simple & Fit!! Joanna is an excellent trainer/instructor. Only regret is not signing up sooner!
10/10 recommend its quiet and not terribly busy. The staff and people are extremely friendly. And there is a variety of things you can do there
