Amazing, quick and professional. Compared to the apple store, this was way quicker and easier service. They even gave me tips on how to make my phone battery life last longer without me having to ask as to not run into the same issue in the future. Definitely recommend this place if you are having an issue.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone! The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. I took a laptop in from 2015 to see if I could get it updated to run Mindcraft on it for my son and the staff could not have been more helpful! They took time above and beyond to teach me how to get the game installed and how to make it useable for my son. The service here has been fantastic. There is a flat fee for fixing computers, plus parts of course. Everything I have taken in they have been able to fix, even a few things other stores said were unrepairable. They are super friendly and easy to communicate with. Repairs have never taken very long. I take all my computers here now.
I had a great experience here getting the display fixed on my iPad! Chris Draper gave excellent customer service - he was friendly, honest, and professional. Also, the prices are reasonable. This is truly the best place I've been to for an electronic repair. I highly recommend bringing your electronics here to get fixed!
I've been very happy with all the work they've completed on my computers. It's been done quickly. I don't think they've had anything over a week. All the work has been quality work. You couldn't tell the screen had been replaced. The prices are fair for the with they. It sure beats buying a new computer. They've done at least 10 repairs for me. I recommend them to family and friends. I'm recommending them to you.
