Repairs look great even though insurance cheaped out on aftermarket parts, however, I’m not quite happy with how dusty the vehicle was retuned to me or the loose cables hanging in front of my windshield as they were tucked in when the car was brought in. Staff was helpful and friendly and understood how frustrating working with insurance is. It’s quite hard to hear them over the phone though.
Overall, very satisfied with the service and repair of the rust on my truck. The repair looks way better than I expected and I was super pleased with the result. I will absolutely recommend Simplicity to anyone looking for auto body repair business. The only downside side was the lack of communication, I found I had to make contact with Simplicity on the day I was expecting to pick up my vehicle to find out it was delayed for one reason or another. I cannot recommend these guys enough, I forgot to leave a review, but seriously the work these guys put into my car after I was in an accident a couple of years back is insane, couldn’t even tell. Extremely professional, very communicative and kept me in the loop/answered questions. I’m in NW Calgary and I would still choose these guys over anyone near me. I should also mention that they cleaned my trunk for me?? Just because?? Name any other shop that would do that.
From start to finish this was a very easy, stress free experience! All of the staff I dealt with were excellent. The communication was great. Work was not just done on time but a little ahead of schedule. They even detailed the interior of my car before returning it to me, which was an unexpected surprise. Great job Simplicity! If I ever need bodywork again you will be my first call.
We have used Simplicity for both our business and personal vehicles and the service and quality of work is always amazing. They communicate during the repair process which is a great service. Highly recommend!
