Awesome experience with Simplicity Car Care in Barrie. From start to finish they were so accommodating, professional and the communication / updates were so appreciated. I feel like they really took care of my car, and it looked like a brand new car once they were finished. I had hit a raccoon pretty hard on a backroad and my front bumper had cracked and the cover piece under the bumper had folded underneath the car and dragged along the road. Went through Simplicty for damage to my car due to a not at fault accident and they made the entire process really easy. They set me up with a rental immediately and communicated the status of my car from the day it was taken in all the way to pick up. They also coordinated with my insurance company - I was barely needed other than drop off and pick up. The repair job was excellent, and they even detailed my car just as a nice surprise. Fully recommend Simplicity.
Everyone was so great and accommodating to me, my car is sentimental and I’m so happy with how they handled everything and were able to get me a rental car as I waited for my car to be finished. They even cleaned my mats and gave my car a good clean while it was there, just above and beyond. I have used Simplicity a few times now and they have always been outstanding. Natasha at the front desk is THE BEST! Always in a great mood, super helpful and keeps you informed with the status of your vehicle whenever there’s an update. The technicians are super helpful and walk you through everything so that you have a full-understanding of exactly what is needed and the process they will use to get your car back as soon as possible. I highly recommend using Simplicity!
Simplicity is the very best car care company I have ever dealt with. They communicate well, are open and honest and I really appreciated their helpfulness in dealing with the insurance company and car rental agency. Every aspect of their service was excellent.
