Amazing experience with simplicity car care in Barrie, had my first accident about a month ago and they were great to deal with, the end result was beautiful looked like a brand new truck. I had a great experience with Simplicity Car Care from start to finish. Setting up the appointments was fast and easy, thanks to exceptional customer service and communication by Natasha. The repairs were done quickly and the results looked like my car never had any damage. I rented a car during my repairs and that went seamlessly as well; they arranged the car rental and offered shuttle service.

We had an amazing experience at Simplicity Car Care getting the truck repaired after the ice storm of March 2025. The communication was amazing both over the phone and through email.
