Awesome experience with Simplicity Car Care in Barrie. From start to finish they were so accommodating, professional and the communication / updates were so appreciated. I feel like they really took care of my car, and it looked like a brand new car once they were finished. I had hit a raccoon pretty hard on a backroad and my front bumper had cracked and the cover piece under the bumper had folded underneath the car and dragged along the road. Everyone was so great and accommodating to me, my car is sentimental and I’m so happy with how they handled everything and were able to get me a rental car as I waited for my car to be finished. They even cleaned my mats and gave my car a good clean while it was there, just above and beyond. The staff are amazing here!! they provided consistent updates with my vehicle repairs and even communicated information that my insurance did not pass along. Especially Natasha, she was everything that I needed, such a dedicated and positive employee. The best experience I have had from a repair shop.
Great experience with Simplicity Car Care in Barrie. Their staff was friendly and they took care of paper work and quotes directly with the insurance company, drove me to the car rental agency and took the rental back for me. They communicated what was happening every step of the way. Big shout out to the technicians that completed the body/paint work, it looks great! I really appreciated that they also fixed a minor scratch in the door at no extra charge! So refreshing to receive excellent customer service. Thank you!
I can not say enough good things about Simplicity, from there customer service to the workmanship from drop off to pickup was amazing. I would definitely recommend Simplicity every time without any hesitation. I would like to thank Natasha for all her help with the car Rental and her wonderful customer service. She really went above and beyond.
