Awesome experience with Simplicity Car Care in Barrie. From start to finish they were so accommodating, professional and the communication / updates were so appreciated. I feel like they really took care of my car, and it looked like a brand new car once they were finished. I had hit a raccoon pretty hard on a backroad and my front bumper had cracked and the cover piece under the bumper had folded underneath the car and dragged along the road. Everyone was so great and accommodating to me, my car is sentimental and I’m so happy with how they handled everything and were able to get me a rental car as I waited for my car to be finished. They even cleaned my mats and gave my car a good clean while it was there, just above and beyond. Amazing experience with simplicity car care in Barrie, had my first accident about a month ago and they were great to deal with, the end result was beautiful looked like a brand new truck.
