From Natasha at the front desk, to the rest of the crew they were all very Friendly and Helpful in guiding me through this process. Updates, car rental, and insurance questions, I had no worries as they assisted with it all. They had answers, before I had the question sometimes. Simplicity is the very best car care company I have ever dealt with. They communicate well, are open and honest and I really appreciated their helpfulness in dealing with the insurance company and car rental agency. Every aspect of their service was excellent.
I stopped in to the Simplicity shop yesterday not really knowing what to expect. I was met with an incredibly warm and helpful Natasha who helped sort me out. My car was in serious condition from a collision with two trees. While the owner (Rudy) took the time to photograph and document the damages, a wonderful employee (Mike) asked for my car keys and the side view mirror which had been stripped off in the collision. I’ve just picked up my vehicle recently after I dropped it off at Simplicity Car Care through insurance for repairs. Natasha, was very helpful as she would always follow up with me, and kept me posted as days went by. She was also able to answer all my questions and concerns.
