I would ABSOLUTELY refer this Team to anyone that needs these services! From Natasha at the front desk, to the rest of the crew they were all very Friendly and Helpful in guiding me through this process. Updates, car rental, and insurance questions, I had no worries as they assisted with it all. They had answers, before I had the question sometimes. I stopped in to the Simplicity shop yesterday not really knowing what to expect. I was met with an incredibly warm and helpful Natasha who helped sort me out. My car was in serious condition from a collision with two trees. While the owner (Rudy) took the time to photograph and document the damages, a wonderful employee (Mike) asked for my car keys and the side view mirror which had been stripped off in the collision. Had a great experience with this body shop after my accident. The staff were friendly and professional, and the repair quality was excellent. My car looks like new again. There are still a couple parts to replace, and they said they’ll take care of everything once the parts arrive. Really appreciate the honest communication and great after-service support.
