Had my Honda Civic repaired at Simplicity Car Care after a rear-end accident. The insurance claim process was smooth, and Tushar handled everything professionally. After asking around for a reputable repair shop I was told Simplicity was good one. Dropped my vehicle to have the power steering hose replaced. I was quoted $150.00, and an hour and a half to fix. 4.5 hours later I was told they needed to order the hose. Three days later I went in to pay the bill. It had gone from $150.00 to $525.00. Recently took my car to Simplicity to have the hood repainted. There was a defect causing the paint to peel away from the primer, so it had to be blasted down and painted from scratch. They did an incredible job, it looks brand new and colour matches the rest of the car seamlessly. I found it sparkling clean, and was surprised to open it up and find the interior had been detailed as well. Great at customer service and great in mechanical work. I went there in emergency as my car was making weird noises from front end and they were so nice and generous to fix my car with the budget friendly price and with less then 2hr I was back on the road with no noises coming from it. And I am posting this review after a month And my car is running great thank you
Got my rear brakes and rotors changed along with an oil change. They did take a little longer than expected but the did the job well and the price couldnt be beat! Will definitely recommend them.
