Brought my 2012 Toyota Rav 4 in and received friendly/ knowledgeable service and a great quote. Booked it in and got the repair done. Could not have imagined how great of a job they did!!! Amazing!!! Recently took my car to Simplicity to have the hood repainted. There was a defect causing the paint to peel away from the primer, so it had to be blasted down and painted from scratch. They did an incredible job, it looks brand new and colour matches the rest of the car seamlessly. I found it sparkling clean, and was surprised to open it up and find the interior had been detailed as well. After asking around for a reputable repair shop I was told Simplicity was good one. Dropped my vehicle to have the power steering hose replaced. I was quoted $150.00, and an hour and a half to fix. 4.5 hours later I was told they needed to order the hose. Three days later I went in to pay the bill. It had gone from $150.00 to $525.00. I had my 2019 ram 1500 classic. I had the driver side rear door fixed that somebody hit me as well as I had my back bumper right hand side of my box and front right fender redone as I had it done at another place and I didn’t care for the Finishing on it so I had simplicity do it well I had my door fixed.
