The service was really good. My car was in for repairs after a rear end collision. They did a great job and also washed my car and cleaned it from inside. Bonnie was very helpful and sweet. Had a great experience!
I had an estimate on my car bumped into a pole 3 to 4000 damage but drivable. A month later brought it to this body shop who said the damage was $8000. So the insurance company wrote off my beautiful 2014 Nissan Murano . I feel so ripped off. Never go here
I have come to Simplicity twice in the last few years due to hail damage and a hit and run. I asked my insurance company to come back to them because of the customer service, friendly team and amazing work they do. This time picking up my vehicle, it was beautifully repaired, detailed, they checked the air pressure in my tires and made me smile when I picked it up. My car was involved in a hit and run by an Amazon driver in my community who tore the whole front bumper off my car. My insurance appraiser recommended Simplicity Car Care and I'm extremely happy that I took his advice. They kept me updated as to when they received parts and were going to begin work on my vehicle.
