I had a disappointing experience with this shop that I feel compelled to share. I brought my vehicle in for an assessment after a minor front-end collision. The shop provided a quote that included using their frame alignment machine to straighten the radiator mount, which they claimed was necessary. However, after I dropped off my car for repairs, I received a call that afternoon informing me that their frame machine was inoperable and undergoing repairs. I’d give this place a negative 10,000 if it were possible. Horrible customer service, completely disorganized, complete lack of professionalism. If and when the manger reads this, there’s no need to comment or apologize. I have no idea how this place is even in business.
