I took my 2024 18,000 km Bronco sport in for front end damage and I was told that after 1 1/2 months , they were waiting on parts. I phoned Ford and the parts were readily available. I was assured that my vehicle would be ready on a Friday, I went to pick it up the following Wednesday because I was away on business. Came here the other day , I have an Audi r8 that had a rear end collision. Got it sent over to simplicity. They evaluated my damage and got it done within 3 weeks other body shops stated it would take months to get it done. I needed my r8 done quick for a promotional event.
