I had the worst experience with this shop. My insurance sent my vehicle to Simplicity Car for repairs that were supposed to take 2 weeks — instead, they took 8 months with almost no communication. Because of their delay, Simplicity Car promised to cover the cost of the rental vehicle from Enterprise. A year later, I was shocked to receive calls from Enterprise claiming that Simplicity never paid the invoice. Sarah was great to work with! She was an excellent communicator and worked with us to get a competitive price for the work we wanted to get done. In fact we did extra work because of her efforts. She kept us informed every step of the way and had the vehicle back when promised. We are very happy with the work, the customer service and communication. Highly recommended!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They had our car in and out of the shop for 333 days. At one point, we were without it for over 90 days straight. Every time we called, it was the same story: “it’ll be ready next week” or “we’re just waiting on parts.” That went on for nearly a year. When we finally escalated to corporate, head office had to completely redo the repairs because the work was done so poorly. Do not take your car here. They have no idea what they're doing.

Did not have a good time here. I took my car here for a very minor scratch and the whole process between getting it assessed to finally getting it fixed took over 3 months. Edit: on my invoice, it notes that my car odometer read 42229km, when I got it back today the odometer reads 43671km. I believe they've used my car without my permission, how else would it rack up 1400km while at the shop?
