I had brought my car here for an insurance claim, there was unfortunately a big lack of communication from them, causing me to have to consistently check in. After picking up my vehicle there was an issue with it, that was remedied by my insurance company, but again no communication from them, and I had to call in to check when things had come in VS being notified. Service was extremely disappointing to say the least. Repeated delays and rescheduling due to not getting required parts in. Poor communication, long waits on returning calls or none at all and overall bad customer service. Initially they pushed back our vehicle drop off appointment for a delayed part order. Once dropped off they called to say they still did not have the parts to start the repair. ⚠️⚠️⚠️ BE CAREFUL — I strongly advise against choosing this shop!!! I dropped off my vehicle on February 19th after being told repairs would take about two weeks. Instead, it turned into nearly two months with little to no communication at all. My vehicle was only brought in for repair and a further assessment around March 12th, meaning it remained under the shop’s custody for weeks before any work was done. Worse car repair shop i have ever come across. 2 weeks of work took them almost 2 months. There is no communication from their end you have to call them every time to get an update. No sure which supplier they use for the parts as they come damaged every time. Would not recommend any one to use this specific location.
DO NOT GET WORK DONE HERE!!!!! YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF GUARANTEED!!!! Garbage left in vehicles, they broke a sensor on my vehicle and didn’t pay for the rental that they promised 4 time to pay the bill. Rental car company charged my credit card because the bill was not paid. I had to go buy the store 2 times and finally fallow the owner to the rental car company to pay the bill.
