need a better communication. Also, I have my car antenna taken off and not been put back. And 2 plastic between the glass and side of the fender they didn’t put that thing back properly on both side. It pop out when i open the hood. I work 3pm-11pm and they call me 2hrs before my car is ready for pick up I asked if I could just pick it up the next day they said need to discuss that with the insurance because of the rental you guys need to be considerate that not all people work 7-3pm. sometime 2hrs notice is not enough. I’ve also used them in the past hail damage repair on my car, and they were just as responsive, professional, and helpful then. Harvey and Varun were so great! 🙌🏼 With hail damage to my vehicle they both looked after me so well since day one, with speed and kindness. I’m so glad I chose them out of the two options I had for my insurance. They had things going and estimate done which I desperately needed - before the other place insurance wanted to send me to - even attempted to contact me LOL and even then that business was delaying appts for even just estimates further. I was very pleased with the help that I received and the price I was charged for the work I needed. Harvey was very prompt in communicating with me, the repair was done within the time promised and price quoted. I was very satisfied with the work and had promised to leave this review. Sorry I took a few days to do so. I will recommend this shop in the future.
