Great experience from start to finish. They first helped with a temporary fix so I could continue using my car — and they did it free of charge before I had even booked the repair. They were honest and transparent about the work they recommended and clearly explained why it was needed. What impressed me most was that they identified an opportunity to save me over $1,000 and proactively made that call. That level of integrity is rare. I’ll definitely be coming back for all future work. Thanks again!
This body shop was recommended to me by my local Mazda dealership to address a known defect with the Mazda CX5. Basically, the rear bumper reflector is prone to get loose due to poor adhesive applied. Mazda felt a stronger adhesive would be better applied from a body shop than from their own dealership. Staff are very nice and friendly 😄. Good follow up on the scheduled repair. These guys did a great job on my car. All the hail damage were repaired and very thorough work!! Estimated repair time was also on point.When I got my car back l had to buy a new battery as my car wouldn’t start anymore. It appeared that they jump started my car as the covers for both battery terminals were out. They should have informed me about this.The ceiling inside the car was also messy. I honestly feel petty writing this review, but this place deserves the 1 star (or less) for stealing. My girlfriend had her car dropped off for repairs on February 25, 2026, picked it up February 27 and didn’t realize until later that her snow brush was missing. We could not do anything since they were closed over the weekend. Yes I know, it was just a Costco snow brush. Nothing fancy. But that’s not the point.
