Nice Customer service, but technican is inattension. Make sure you check the whole car at the first time. otherwise wast a lot of time to book the service. 1. broken the part when replacing windshield. And they just put it bavk without notice. 2. they forget to install back a component after they fix the door

Giving 5 star review for JAMIE. He is an amazing technician, very helpful. I did not bring my car to their shop, but explained the damage and issue to him over call (for an idea/guidance) and he happily assisted me.
After my car was sent to Simplicity by my insurance company for repairs following an accident, I was impressed with the quality of the work done. The repairs were excellent, and I was especially grateful for Gina, who is truly the heart and soul of the business.
