Great experience from start to finish. They first helped with a temporary fix so I could continue using my car — and they did it free of charge before I had even booked the repair. They were honest and transparent about the work they recommended and clearly explained why it was needed. What impressed me most was that they identified an opportunity to save me over $1,000 and proactively made that call. That level of integrity is rare. Fast service. I dealt with three staff and they're professional and knowledgeable. Turned my car repair around faster than I expected. I get the sense it’s a decent place to work because of how the staff are engaged in helping the customer. Just right. Good job to staff and management.

Incredible service! Right from my very first phone call all the way to the finished product, this shop is all about customer service! I needed a small repair done to a vehicle, but they treated it as if it were the most important thing. There was no upselling or trying to get extra work out out of this.
