Very professional and amazing customer service. When I got my car back, it wasn't just fixed, the interior was SPOTLESS. They had cleaned and vacuumed the inside. I was amazed and thankful. Thank you Simplicity Care Country Hills. I would definitely recommend this repair shop.

Great experience from start to finish. They first helped with a temporary fix so I could continue using my car — and they did it free of charge before I had even booked the repair. They were honest and transparent about the work they recommended and clearly explained why it was needed. What impressed me most was that they identified an opportunity to save me over $1,000 and proactively made that call. That level of integrity is rare.
