The job that they did on my car was really amazing. But when I went through the bill that they submitted to my insurance company I realized that they charged the insurance company $2700 for a light that was not damaged at all. I have alll the pictures of my car that my light was Ok. And at the beginning they said it will cost me $3500. But they charged my insurance company $9500. And you know that the insurance company gets it back from you and your insurance will go up. I did not like this. I won’t work with them again.
My Elantra was in an accident about a month ago. Then it was sent here for repair. I have to say this is the best experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop in my life so far. Since the beginning, all the staff from Simplicity Car Care have been treating me very friendly. They made everything clear and easy for me. Well let me tell you, this business is just superb!!!above 5 star!. Professional, and easy to talk with. They don't rush you out the door, they take time with the customer. My vehicle was returned in top condition. Bravo to the bodyshop crew!. They even cleaned Mt dash and drivers side floor, never had that done before by a bodyshop. So if your vehicle is bent, busted or even a lil battered, call these folks, you won't be disappointed 😏
