Overall, my experience was good. My repairs were taking longer than anticipated due to parts arriving late. They communicated that to me right away and to my insurance, so my insurance was able to extend my rental. I can't say enough about Grace, the receptionist! She was always welcoming and handled everything calmly and with grace. And most importantly, the repair were immaculate. I would definitely come back there.

I want to give specific credit to Grace at Simplicity Car Care for an excellent front-desk experience. My appointment ran late, and I was under real time pressure because I needed to pick up my daughter. The alternative would have been leaving my truck and taking a rental, but the additional insurance coverage at $20 per day until January 26—plus another week or two during repairs—was simply not workable for me financially. I was referred to Simplicity Car Care by my insurance company after being hit by another driver. It was a very stress-free process with them, from the first phone call and quote, to the booking, repairs, updates, and completion. The communication was great, I was always informed of any updates, the rental car shuttle was arranged for me, and I felt like I barely had to do anything myself. Had the car for a month from the dealership and my partner ended up rear ending somebody. I was recommended them from the Ford dealership. They made everything seem less and simple, a few minor headaches as the factory parts were faulty, which is entirely out of their control. The bumper looks better than new and I couldn’t be happier. They even put the 3M wrap on for me just like the dealership. Cant speak for other brands of cars, but if you have a Ford this is the spot to go!

Excellent service. Grace at the front desk was very helpful and efficient. An Olek provided on site repairs before booking my car into the shop. Definitely 5 star service. I would strongly recommend Simplicity on 119 Street. Very satisfied with service and quality of the repairs!
