I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received despite being very busy. The receptionist, Gracie, was very attentive, and the person who helped me with my car repair was also very kind. I'm extremely thankful for their help and support. I wouldn't wish an accident on anyone, but if it happens, this is the place to go. Thanks to the entire team for their excellent work. 😊
Overall, my experience was good. My repairs were taking longer than anticipated due to parts arriving late. They communicated that to me right away and to my insurance, so my insurance was able to extend my rental. I can't say enough about Grace, the receptionist! She was always welcoming and handled everything calmly and with grace. And most importantly, the repair were immaculate. I would definitely come back there.
I want to give specific credit to Grace at Simplicity Car Care for an excellent front-desk experience. My appointment ran late, and I was under real time pressure because I needed to pick up my daughter. The alternative would have been leaving my truck and taking a rental, but the additional insurance coverage at $20 per day until January 26—plus another week or two during repairs—was simply not workable for me financially.
