Absolutely fantastic work done by the folks at Simplicity Car Care (Empire Collision Downtown) Rory and Grace were wonderful with keeping us updated on our cars progress. The work has been absolutely wonderful and they have kept our pride and joy looking fantastic. I would suggest them for any required body work on your vehicle.

I've had to have two visits with Simplicty 😬this year and on both occasions I found everyone to be amazing to deal with. Very professional and knowledgeable about all the work to be done. Olex, Grace and of course the pink lady were a real pleasure. I would recommend their services any day.

I highly recommend Simplicity Car Care Edmonton Downtown. My experience was good although repairs took longer than expected due to parts delays. The staff was absolutely professional, specifically Olaf and Grace the receptionist. Very satisfied with the work done.

Fantastic service. All the stuff has been extremely helpful and accommodating. I had a very good experience and they made an excellent job on my Jeep. I cannot recommend them enough for their professionalism and work ethic. Thank you to everyone, but in particular to Olec and Grace

Overall, my experience was good. My repairs were taking longer than anticipated due to parts arriving late. They communicated that to me right away and to my insurance, so my insurance was able to extend my rental. I can't say enough about Grace, the receptionist! She was always welcoming and handled everything calmly and with grace. And most importantly, the repair were immaculate. I would definitely come back there.
