If you're looking for quick repairs with upfront honesty, no run arounds, I implore you to look elsewhere. They have excuses upon excuses. Dropped my 2021 Sentra SR off on February 4 2025 with a repair eta of February 12. There was 0 communication. Called the day off expected completion and was told a headlight mounting bracket for my passenger side needed to be replaced and it was back ordered to march 11. Again no communication on their end. Truly excellent repairs on my car after the accident. Hard to remember how awful it looked three weeks ago but now it looks brand new again! I highly recommend Empire Collision and Simplicity Car Care Downtown Edmonton.
The work was good! The staff were friendly! I hate the whole process of working with Insurance, the collision report centre, car rental, and the repair shop, BUT Simplicity/Empire worked with them all and made it easy(er). It was nice that they gave the inside of our SUV a clean. It was not a pristine clean, but a vacuum and wipe-down made a difference. If I could give this company negative stars, I would. Got my car back with smudges all over the instrument lens, asked them to clean it, they scratched the hell out of it, and then denied they did anything. I'm in disbelief of their lack of integrity, and communication. Garbage company.
