Had the car for a month from the dealership and my partner ended up rear ending somebody. I was recommended them from the Ford dealership. They made everything seem less and simple, a few minor headaches as the factory parts were faulty, which is entirely out of their control. The bumper looks better than new and I couldn’t be happier. They even put the 3M wrap on for me just like the dealership. Cant speak for other brands of cars, but if you have a Ford this is the spot to go!
The work done was good. The customer care was abysmal. Id never go back or recommend them. The warranty they offer isn't worth the paper its printed on because I would scrap my car before stepping foot in there shop. Most condescending support staff I've ever dealt with.
The staff at Simplicity were absolutely amazing to work with. After having got into a small accident they were quick to respond to my emails and communication. They kept me up to date and even had my car back to me days ahead of schedule! Also, their work is amazing!! Not that I want to have to have my car in a shop again, but I would hands down go back!
They have done a great job for my car outlander, they were updating the car, also making sure that my car is clean outside and ready for me in a few days. As I was working and running late they were patient with me and waited for me until I come to them and paid and pickup my car. The front desk lady is very nice and kind. The guy who fixed my car was also very nice and I would definitely recommend my family and friends and I would be happy to have done my service again if i needed it.
