They have done a great job for my car outlander, they were updating the car, also making sure that my car is clean outside and ready for me in a few days. As I was working and running late they were patient with me and waited for me until I come to them and paid and pickup my car. The front desk lady is very nice and kind. The guy who fixed my car was also very nice and I would definitely recommend my family and friends and I would be happy to have done my service again if i needed it. The staff at Simplicity were absolutely amazing to work with. After having got into a small accident they were quick to respond to my emails and communication. They kept me up to date and even had my car back to me days ahead of schedule! Also, their work is amazing!! Not that I want to have to have my car in a shop again, but I would hands down go back!
Great experience dealing with Simplicity Car Care Downtown. Made sure everything was good and back to spotless after an accident. Insurance process was simple and easy. Contacted me back after my parts arrived and had that fixed too. Good service! 👍
They worked on my Chrysler Pacifica and did a great job. When they were done it looked brand new. I would come back to this location. Staff at the front desk was awesome too.
If you're looking for quick repairs with upfront honesty, no run arounds, I implore you to look elsewhere. They have excuses upon excuses. Dropped my 2021 Sentra SR off on February 4 2025 with a repair eta of February 12. There was 0 communication. Called the day off expected completion and was told a headlight mounting bracket for my passenger side needed to be replaced and it was back ordered to march 11. Again no communication on their end.
