Back in December 2024, my husband and I were driving on the Henday heading home from a family member's birthday celebration when we were struck by a stolen vehicle and pushed off the road into snow. Fortunately another driver was following them and called the police, so Air 1 was already following them and apprehended them. I was in a crash which caused my car to be towed to the North Edmonton Collision Reporting Centre, then to be inspected by a mechanic. I chose Simplicity Car Care because it was an auto body shop close to the reporting centre, but I am grateful that I did. They were very professional, were fast to get things assessed, worked seamlessly with my insurance (AMA) for appraisal, and kept me informed every step of the way. If you need a dependable collision repair expert near the reporting centre, this is the place!
Sam was fantastic. On my initial visit he pointed out some questions to ask my insurance company. I’ll called twice to ask questions. He was patient and very courteous. After I agreed to the quote he ordered the parts and told me what day they would arrive. I dropped my car off early Monday morning and it was finished by 4:30 p m on Wednesday of the same week. I would highly recommend Simplicity north location 154 St and 118 Ave.
Sam and his team are the best! I've taken numerous vehicles there over the years and he is always quick, fair and honest when it comes to quotes and repairs. Highly recommend.
