They were very fast with fixing my car but as well their customer service was great and easy to get everything handled. Car got out the exact day they said with no holdups. If anything happens to you then I would choose this location

Simplicity did a great job my car was only in the shop for a few days and it looks like new again. I would definitely recommend!!
Unfortunately..my experience with Simplicity Edmonton East was the worst. 1. They made several mistakes. 2. I was obliged to send my car to them FOUR TIMES. 3. One of their mistakes was installing a defective right front axle. It was giving a cracking sound when I turn. It took them more tha THREE MONTGS to install another axle. It was a pleasure dealing with the people here. I brought in my vehicle to be repaired after an accident, they were quick, very professional and very friendly. My vehicle looks great. I would highly recommend.
