Took my car in to have it fixed after a hit and run in Millwoods. Spoke to a lovely lady at Simply,she gave me a quote had my car in a week later. Picked up my car 3 days later and it was beautiful
Slight scrapes to the right front fender of my SUV from rubbing against a concrete parkade pillar. Considering Empire Collision/ Simplicity has a very good reputation and longevity, I took the vehicle for an estimate. Appointment was made, SUV dropped off and I picked it up 3 days later. Perfect condition. Warranty for the work for as long as I own it and the icing on the job was that it was washed and even the interior was “detailed “. I recommend the business for anyone needing a perfect fix of their vehicle.
I’m very satisfied with the quality of work Simplicity provided on my vehicle. I highly recommend this body shop for their professionalism and excellent customer service. Had some minor paint work done on my Lexus. Price was reasonable and quality of work was excellent. Stephanie at Empire was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Would use Empire again for bodywork.
