Simplicity did a great job my car was only in the shop for a few days and it looks like new again. I would definitely recommend!!
I had my Van in for a minor bumper repair after getting rear ended in September 2024. They performed the repair in the required time, the paint/repair looks good and the people I dealt with were friendly and helpful. When the weather got cold I noticed that the rear window defroster was no longer working. They got my vehicle on December 2nd 2024. I asked multiple times about the progress and was lied to about parts. The rental ran out before they could complete the repairs. However my insurance paid them so I was no longer an issue. Once I got my sole vehicle back, it started showing error codes that never happened before this shop had my vehicle for 3 months. Lisa provided timely and informative updates regarding my vehicle and the claims process. I was delighted with the service I received from Lisa and their body shop provided excellent repairs.
