On May 22, 2025 booked an estimate appointment with the receptionist. She took my make and model, but no other contact info. 2019 Lexus NX 300. Arrived on time for my appointment, and no front reception present. Waited 10min and called on my phone. No one picked up. A dark guy came out from the back, saw me, no acknowledgement, then went back. They have posted a lot of rhetoric about customer service. Obviously just words and no action by this company. Go CSN Herbers. You’ll get good service and a good estimate.
A City of Saint Albert owned garbage truck drove into two of my vehicles with its hydraulic side picker arm extended. They were both parked in front of our house and were pushed/dragged up and onto the boulevard. Damage to one was significant. I am a classic car guy and have built many vehicles and a lot of equipment - I'm very picky (just ask my wife...poor woman). The best in Town ! My car was repaired on a short notice. Perfect work. Very knowledgeable technicians and Ofcourse owner Tim. If you ever will be looking for bodyshop no need to look further. Beautiful lady on reception Marta, saved me over $1400 with her advice and knowledge. Much appreciated for ever.
These guys are very deceptive. $70 tire change takes a couple of days, and they only use the small spare tire instead of installing a new one. They charged another $150 to install the new one. Will never recommend this place.
