We have had amazing experiences, EVERY TIME, we have used this company!!! We have had repainting/touch ups, we had a few (4) (yes, you read that right) unfortunate collisions to deal with last year and they took care of everything, no stress !!! I brought my car to Robertson’s Body Shop through my insurance for some repairs. when I picked up my car, I noticed the front right daytime running light bulb was out. I had dropped off the car with all lights working just fine, so this was a surprise. I dropped my keys back to them and explained the situation then and there in their parking lot. It is always unfortunate to have to visit a body shop, but we had a scratch and chip that needed to be repaired on the front end of our vehicle. Tim and his team made us feel welcome and treated us with kindness and respect. They were thorough and very good. The car came back looking better than brand new. For the last several year I have been recomending Tim and staff to all my customer In regards to body damage that Is above my scope. Recently I had the absolute pleasure of using robertsons for my personal vehicle. 10 year old car with 10 year old paint. They had to replace and paint and blend. From my experience when you try to blend new paint into old there is always a noticeable difference.
