We were disappointed as we have brought our car to multiple auto body’s in the past and it always came back spotless inside and out. The out side was washed but the inside looked exactly how it was when we dropped it off. Especially when your website says that you clean it. My husband even had to tell them they still had their garbage in the back seat. Also for the email updates. Amazing service from introduction, during and at the day of pick up. Friendly staff and great waiting area where you can grab coffee, water and a comfy seat. Pics attached.
Half fast job, look at the picture of 2022 Audi trim doesn't line up. And uneven gap between opposite side.Gave him a chance to make it right didn't happened. We don't care of your excuses and lies we just want the job be done right.
Had a collision repair done, and very unhappy with the results. They gave lifetime warranty on their work but wouldn’t even respond to emails. I have had my vehicle taken back to them already a few times and I can say they were not happy to see that I was finding more and more of the result of their imperfect repair job and now they stopped responding. A competent body shop should replace and align parts to OEM spec. With this shop, they say whatever they have done is acceptable and just to ignore.
Brought my truck here to get my tailgate fixed, they did an awesome job. Can't even tell that there was damage before, paint matched perfectly without any blending. I was also told at drop off that it would probably take 3 days and it ended up taking 1 ! Definitely recommend
