Very welcoming people. They answered all my questions and walked me through all the paperwork from the insurance. Overall, it was a very friendly environment. Very easy to deal with. The reason I chose them was due to the very detailed estimate they provided. Kept me updated on the progress of the repair. Great post service. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the repair looked great and it was very clean. I would highly recommend these guys.
Everything was super simple. They were able to squeeze me in earlier than they first scheduled. They finished the work at least a day earlier than they had promised. Super friendly office staff to me and my dog! Over delivered on all their promises.

Adjusting my review based on Simplicity's response to an issue previously reviewed. In short, Simplicity initially struggled to correctly fix an electrical/sensor issue that resulted from a collision. Initially Simplicity did not resolve the issue, and seemed to avoid responsibility - prompting a negative online review. However, Simplicity did re-engage and ultimately resolved the issue and took deliberate steps to make everything right, which is appreciated.
