It is my first car, and I was unaware about the technicalities associated with it. I just walked in the office, post receiving the quote and the entire team made sure that I understood what they were talking about / mentioned on the paper. That made a huge difference and increased my trust in the team that the car is in safe hands. Though it is a small team, but their quality of work is exceptional. Thank you to everyone for getting life into my car.
Professionalism in work and accuracy. My new car was in an accident and I was afraid after the repair that the work would not be good, but when the work was finished and I received my vehicle, it was as if nothing had happened. I tried to inspect my vehicle for a long time to try to find something incomplete, but I did not find anything. The work was much better than I expected. I recommend dealing with them, as they are all very nice, but I would like to mention Julie and Jasmine in particular.
We were disappointed as we have brought our car to multiple auto body’s in the past and it always came back spotless inside and out. The out side was washed but the inside looked exactly how it was when we dropped it off. Especially when your website says that you clean it. My husband even had to tell them they still had their garbage in the back seat. Also for the email updates. Repairs were well done and relatively efficient. It only took me a month to get an appointment. They left my car windows very dirty though, like it sat outside. Would be nice if they blew off the dust before turning the car back to me.
Julie was the best business manager I had to deal with. I was in a difficult situation, needed my truck fix within a week, she did it!! Cant thanks her enough.
