They were able to book my car in for repairs quickly after my insurance company connected me with them. All of the staff were great to deal with, especially Callie, who was very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the quality of the repair and received my car back within a reasonable timeframe. This was my first experience with an insurance-related repair, and I would definitely recommend them.
My insurance company uses this company as it's preferred repair shop. Due to many delays with parts deliveries, it took two months for my Mini to have the repairs completed from an accident in June. I got regular updates from Callie and this was important for me to know what was happening with the repair. Callie is definitely an asset for Simplicity.
