My insurance company uses this company as it's preferred repair shop. Due to many delays with parts deliveries, it took two months for my Mini to have the repairs completed from an accident in June. Callie provided an excellent customer service starting from a genuine phone call, ending up calling the rental car company and arranging my pick up within 5 minutes. She was wonderful.
