I recently got my car back from Simplicity, and I’m very happy with the repair work—it looks brand new! Callie at the front desk was great to deal with and responded quickly throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is the detailing. Unfortunately, my car wasn’t clean when I picked it up, which was a bit of a letdown after such high-quality repairs. Overall, though, a solid experience and I’d recommend them for body work.

This was hands down the best experience I’ve had taking care of my car. Callie at the front desk was so friendly and helpful from the moment I called the first time till the end of my experience. The owner, Arik, was incredibly attentive and took the time to check up on the work done. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of work and people, customers and his team. My car was damaged in the hail storm and looked brand new when I picked it up. Thank you so much! I am blown away by this experience.
