We got into a small accident on a Friday afternoon. After hearing from multiple body shops that they will be unable to see us until the next week due to short notice, Simplicity Car Care made time to at least see us to assess the car and provide us with a quote. Andrew kept us informed throughout and provided updates as needed. By Wednesday morning we had our car back. I had my car repaired here after a tree fell on it, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They did an amazing job, and the communication throughout the whole process was above and beyond. I had some paint work done here on a brand new vehicle I had just purchased. The process was easy as they dealt with the dealership for payment. Staff are friendly. When I picked it up it looked great, all of the scratches had been fixed. They're we're done small stuffs on the hood from the buffing process. I pointed them out and they said they would fix that free of charge. I brought it back in months later to have the issue addressed and they were accommodating and fixed that quickly.
