I had rust, scratches and peeling on my 2012 Dodge Avengers, also needed re-painting the spoiler and rockers a different colour. Andrew and his technicians performed magic and my car looks brand new. They replaced my rear passenger door and repaired other parts of the body of my car after an accident with a taxi. All I can say is WOW, I can’t even tell I was ever hit! Not only did they fix it, they cleaned it really nicely. There was a small issue with my speakers after I picked up the car, they saw me the very next morning and fixed it in 10 mins. Showed up to get my civic fixed and was told around 3k to fix. Then he got it estimated at 4.5k. Then he billed me at 8.5k. When I told him im going through insurance instead he made us pay a 1.5k cancel fee and pay for the parts still. Do not go to unless you want to be scammed and lied to. Also has a 1 month wait time apparently and will tell you to buy parts if you want to save your own money. Overall terrible experience
I highly do not recommend it. They charged for reassembling parts of the glass and trunk that they didn’t even dismantle, and replaced the lift without any consultation or explanation, even though it didn’t need replacing. The trunk still shows visible dents. The part they promised to replace after discussing it with the insurance company was not replaced; instead, they just patched it up to cover it up. The staff was curious and helped get me past the damage. They met time commitments and worked through some issues to my satisfaction.
