I just left Simplicity Car Care in kitchener. It was my first time visiting this body shop. I have to said that it was an amazing experience. The customer service is excellent. We got into a small accident on a Friday afternoon. After hearing from multiple body shops that they will be unable to see us until the next week due to short notice, Simplicity Car Care made time to at least see us to assess the car and provide us with a quote. Andrew kept us informed throughout and provided updates as needed. By Wednesday morning we had our car back. They replaced my rear passenger door and repaired other parts of the body of my car after an accident with a taxi. All I can say is WOW, I can’t even tell I was ever hit! Not only did they fix it, they cleaned it really nicely. There was a small issue with my speakers after I picked up the car, they saw me the very next morning and fixed it in 10 mins.
