I took my 2004 Mustang convertible to get the top replaced, and the experience was excellent. Mr. Marcos and his entire team did an outstanding job, using high-quality parts and paying attention to every detail. Their customer service was also great—they explained the whole process clearly and finished the work on time. Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality and trustworthy work for your car!
Marco and his crew did an outstanding body and paint job on our 20 year old TJ jeep. Great service, great updates. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. We couldn't be happier with the final result. Highly recommend Simplicity Car care.

Very bad installation on my bumper. As insurance gave me only one option to repair or else I would never visit them to install it. Missing few fasteners for the bumper. There is also gap between the bumper. Alignment is very bad. It was done in May 2025. Even though it is not yet 6 months.
We had plans to go and visit our daughter and her family in South Carolina but unfortunately had an accident. Our insurance company had us contact Simplicity and I went in to see if they thought the car was safe to drive. Marco looked it over and said we shouldn’t risk the trip. We talked time lines of when we had planned to leave and he said he would start ordering parts that afternoon and have the car there in the morning.
