I had a stressful time dealing with my insurance company. The only good thing that came out of that whole experience was dealing with Mathew at Simplicity Auto. They were professional, kept you updated, showed compassion and the best part….excellent work on my car!!! I entrusted my vehicle to Simplicity Care for accident repairs and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was friendly, professional but also highly efficient. Although I was initially given an estimate of nine days for the repair, the work was completed in just three days. I highly recommend their services for their quality workmanship and prompt service.
Had to get my car fixed after my coworker ran into it with their truck. The team was great and made me feel at ease leaving my car with them. Now my car is as good as new :)
