The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions and helped me along the process of what to do after a collision. They were efficient and reliable. My vehicle was fixed and they cleaned the inside too. I was super impressed all around with the customer service.
Over 17000 in damage to my 2016 Dodge Ram. Repaired it in a timely manner, Truck looks and drives like new, excellent paint job as well as the matching of the paint. I had an unfortunate incident with my truck and took it to Ted’s and from start to finish they went above and beyond. It’s the little things that count for me. I purchased hood struts to replace, but didn’t get a chance to do them before dropping it off, I woke up the next day after picking my truck and install them, and could not find them and then I realized that they had installed them for me.
