Our experience at Simplicity was nothing short of stellar. Right from the get-go Trent and his team were upfront, honest and efficient. After being hit by a deer, the car needed fairly extensive repairs which were completed on time and perfectly. They even did the lion's share of the paperwork with the insurance company. Simply can't say enough about Simplicity.

My Jeep was finished in just a few days. They handled everything for my rental. They done a great job with repairs & was very friendly. It looks like they clean my vehicle from top to bottom. I would never take a vehicle to any other place.

Our vehicle went there after we got hit by another car. These folks went above an beyond to help us out. Really happy with how the vehicle turned out! Super happy to answer my questions, explained how insurance companies do things which was an eye opener for me!

I had an unfortunate incident with my truck and took it to Ted’s and from start to finish they went above and beyond. It’s the little things that count for me. I purchased hood struts to replace, but didn’t get a chance to do them before dropping it off, I woke up the next day after picking my truck and install them, and could not find them and then I realized that they had installed them for me.
