Had an issue with corrosion on work previously done at another Simplicity Car Care location that is no longer in business, my insurance broker NFP Insurance assured me the work done is warranted as long as I own my car. Just got my car painted(hood and bumper) today, my car came back looking brand new. Best customer service by Jamal, he was very helpful and friendly. he kept me posted throughout the process. Got my car on time which really meant a lot. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommended. Ask for Jamal and he’ll take care of the rest. Honestly I can’t stop looking at my car, I felt like I just bought it brand new today. You can also see before and after photos of the car.

JR, You painted my doors off the car a different color and messed up on the paint mix for the rest of the vehicle. You took $5,000 from a paralyzed guy in a wheelchair. Do you have any feelings about what you did to me and my car? An honest person would correct their mistakes, but instead you avoided responsibility and kept the money. That’s not being a real man—that’s being a bully. I'm posting a negative 1 star review but it'll still show 5-stars. Goes to show that reviews don't work either.
