Wow! Was in a small accident earlier this year that damaged the rear of my Mini Cooper. I got the car back today from the fine folks at Simplicity and, gee, you can’t even tell it was in an accident. Expert craftsmanship, professionalism, and fabulous customer service. Definitely my new go to place. And look how CLEAN the car is too!
I have to apologize to this place , I took my frustrations out on them when my insurance company defaulted on their agreement to cover my rental car costs ; this shop was dealing with my impatience , when infact they have been well worth the wait . My car looks impeccable, the work looks great ! And the complimentary detailing is CERY MUCH appreciated (my car was a disaster both internally and externally when it arrived and both now look like new !! I definitely DO recommend this shop !!

Amazingly quick and stellar repair!! Like new! Simplicity Car Care is exceptional in its service - both customer and repair. This is the second time I brought my vehicle (first time my Toyota Camry XSE and now my Lexus RX 450h) and the consistency of excellent quality and care are remarkable, a sign of a professional collision repair centre.
