Wow! Was in a small accident earlier this year that damaged the rear of my Mini Cooper. I got the car back today from the fine folks at Simplicity and, gee, you can’t even tell it was in an accident. Expert craftsmanship, professionalism, and fabulous customer service. Definitely my new go to place. And look how CLEAN the car is too!
I have to apologize to this place , I took my frustrations out on them when my insurance company defaulted on their agreement to cover my rental car costs ; this shop was dealing with my impatience , when infact they have been well worth the wait . My car looks impeccable, the work looks great ! And the complimentary detailing is CERY MUCH appreciated (my car was a disaster both internally and externally when it arrived and both now look like new !! I definitely DO recommend this shop !!

The manager, Michael was awesome person Within 10 minutes of being there, I felt like he had been my friend for years. Just a great guy had a scratch on my new Honda CRV could barely bring myself to look at it. Michael had this young lady come out sanded it polished it buffed it. But not only did she do that. She showed me some other marks that she actually repaired that I didn’t even see amazing work amazing people you need body work done for scratches repaired best place ever
