Alyssa was very helpful via email, telephone and text if needed. I felt the team at simplicity was there to answer all my concerns throughout the stress of getting a car fixed. They arranged a courtesy pick up and drop off to my convenience. I could tell they were careful with the inside of my vehicle and pretty sure my car came back a lot cleaner than when I dropped it off! I hope I don’t need any more repairs in the near future, but if I do, the Pickering simplicity team has my business.
Micheal and his team went above and beyond to repair my vehicle. Highly recommend!! Great job all around!!
