Extremely displeased with the outcome of my appointment today, scheduled for a tire swap on a set of rims. I was quoted 1-1.25 hours for this service, which is the standard time at various garages in the area, so I decided to wait around. Ended up receiving my car 2.5 hours later, at 1:30pm, from initial drop off time. I understand unexpected events arise at a garage however for a tire swap with acknowledgment that the customer is waiting around at agreed upon timeframe, 2.5 hours is quite the turnaround. The team at Simplicity took excellent care of my vehicle. Very quick and well done work on my front bumper damage , they had parts & repairs all sorted out within 6 business days on a 11 year old vehicle. Fast and prompt responses to help with police report and insurance as well.
