This is by far the best auto repair, body shop that I’ve been to. Alberto, Jose and Aldo were all incredibly professional and even sympathetic, when I brought my damaged car in for repairs. Super easy working with the kind folks at Simplicity. Had some work done on my CR-V's liftgate after someone backed into it. Their rate was competitive and the quality of the work was excellent. They also have discounted pricing on a rental through Enterprise and a shuttle to bring you there. The whole process was quite hassle free!
I can’t say thank you enough to Alberto and his team at Simplicity for replacing the rear bumper and fixing the dents in the rear door of my Subaru Outback. It looks like a brand new car! And my car was ready on the day they said it would be. Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional and very helpful. If you need collision repairs in Ottawa this is the place to go.
