This was my first time using this auto body shop, and I’m very impressed. I came in with dents on the fender and a dent with a scratch on the corner of the door. The service was top-level from start to finish. I booked an appointment, dropped off my car, and the staff arranged a rental car for me right away — I just got in and drove off, which was very convenient. Nobody wants to have go to an auto repair shop. But when we had to, we lucked out with these guys. Rick could not have been more courteous or responsive. Dealing with them was the one positive experience we’ll remember from our accident.
I went to this shop after an accident in Dec 2025 and they said they would accept the insurance claim from the co-operators to fix my car. The confirmed they ordered the parts in January and that they would receive them in February. Followed up in February 4 times without a clear answer. The insurance company called and they found out the shop doesn’t want to work with the co-operators. Wasted my time and lied to me while the car is sitting in my garage waiting for 2 months. Unimpressed with the service, pick up the car. I asked if they took the car for test drive and they said yes. No issues. When I pick up the car and went around the corner car is making noise when I tured. Went back and ask for them to take a drive with me and they didn't way to. I thought it was drive axle but not sure. They didn't want to help me, or see what was making the noise. Note to everyone, take a test drive before you sign the documents. No accountability and pride in their work. I would not recommend this place.
We had our vehicle repaired here after a collision. Rick and his team did a great job repairing the damage. He was always very kind to my wife and coordinated the rental vehicle logistics for her. We had to come back for an adjustment to a panel and Rick was very understanding, kind and accommodating to us
