Simplicity have done an excellent job on my Volvo S60. After my car was driven into an opened car door, the damage to the driver's mirror and door was extensive. Simplicity completed the repairs, replaced the mirror and chrome and did beautiful work on the bodywork restoration. Throughout the work, they have been diplomatic and kind.
I am extremely disappointed with the car repair and maintenance service provided by your shop. It took an unacceptable one month to service my car, which is far too long. Even after such a delay, the car was neither cleaned nor washed, showing a lack of attention to basic customer expectations. To make matters worse, the actual repairs were not properly carried out, yet you still debited the money from my insurance. Excellent customer service. Fast turnaround - my car was ready within days. The staff all around are very courteous and conscientious. Went above and beyond their duty of care. Best experience with a Mechanic to date :)
I had great experience with SIMPLICITY CAR Care recently after my car had an accident. It was towed here for repair. The staff are very friendly and professional. And to reduce the repair time. They towed my car to another location for faster repair. I got my car back today and the work they've done was Excellent. Just wanna thank you guys for the help. Happy doing business with you :)
